false advertising and liar receptionist, avoid this place! I bought a groupon for radiesse last Aug, usually I go to peachtree dermatology for botox&fillers, but since the doctor here is asian I thought I should give it a try. I called ecobel for an appointment and the receptionist told me theres none available at the moment I have to wait for a month, I said fine so we set a date. Just one day before my appointment, I received a voicemail from the receptionist telling me they have to reschedule my appointment. thats fine, so I called back the next day to reschedule, told her I would be available any weekday. The receptionist then said she can either book me an appointment in November or after the doctors "INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL", which was after new year. Since I had travel plans in Nov and not time for my touch up yet, 2017 seems like a good idea, but my groupon would be expired by then. The receptionist confirmed me several times that even if the groupon expired, they would still honor it (her word). And she would call me to schedule an appointment after the doctors back to US. At the time she sounded really nice and I thought the spa is legit, I trusted her. BIG MISTAKE that takes us to now. I called ecobel this morning to see if the doctor is back, when I asked for an appointment the receptionist said she can book me on the day after tmrw. She sounded different so I thought shes new, I told her I have a groupon and I scheduled appointment last year but the doctor was on international travel so the spa said they would honor the groupon regardless of the expiration date. But then she told me the doctor never had an INTERNATIONAL TRIP, and she has no idea whom I spoke with but they would never promise to honor an expired coupon. When I asked if theres another receptionist she said shes the only one here for years. honestly I felt like I was in the twilight zone, so I thanked her and hung up the phone in a state of confusion. Only after hung up I realized, the receptionist I spoke with last year was the voice on the answering machine just now. I felt fooled and called ecobel again, this time I asked her to transfer me to the receptionist on the answering machine, she said that is she. I then asked does she remember saying "the doctor will travel internationally" and does she remember talking with me at least three times during the past months, big surprise, she suddenly remembered! I asked her why did she pretend to not know me and lie about "INTERNATIONAL TRIP", SHE LIED AGAIN, saying she didnt mean theres no international trip just that she wouldnt have promise to honor an expired groupon. And not recognizing me, the person she spoke with several times on a specific issue, is just her memory. Of course the memory all came back right after I confronted her with her bucket of lies. Also, the price they advertising on their official website is total FALSE, they listed $550 for radiesse, but the actual charge is $800. Isnt that illegal in some states? This has to be the most disgusting experience I ever had dealing with a med spa. I have no idea if the the owner knew her/his employees behavior, but from the receptionists confidence to have the owner call me, I guess they really dont mind scam a customer or two. Now I stuck with a nonrefundable $325 groupon but I rather throw it in the trash than talk to the liar receptionist again, cant trust a business with the habit of lying.

Dont fall for their Groupon vouchers and advertisement . Know what you want and what you are getting into . Unless and until you are sure of their service and how they are going to provide , dont use their service . I bought a voucher and it cost me about $ 260 . There was ease to get an appointment perhaps because of the amount. I have some light pigmentations on my nose and on my cheek bones . And its not bad but just wanted a flawless skin without the pigmentations which are light and small . That was my first treatment and after research about the treatment I bought the voucher since it was more effective than a chemical peel and the downtime is also less . Moreover, since my case wasnt severe pigmentation or sun spots , one treatment would have done wonders given the fact that people with severe acne scares needs only 2 treatments. Unfortunately , the Asian lady , who gave me the treatment avoided my nose and cheek bones which were the affected areas for which I went for the treatment . She went on treating the jaw areas facial skin . I thought she examined my face and she would also treat the affected areas like the way she treated my unaffected areas . Since my jaw hurt so much I didnt realize that she didnt treat my affected areas properly in the hope to lure me back for another treatment for $600 in the following month . I only realized that my affected areas of the face hadnt been treated after my face was heeling and when it healed I was confirmed . The affected areas didnt peel much and I didnt see my new skin . It was the same old skin with some dry skin which I rubbed off .But my jaw skin peeled and my new skin was exposed even though I didnt need since there was nothing wrong with it in the first place . I got text messages to schedule for the next appointment for the next month but I texted back writing about the same things I am mentioning here . The owner , I thought was nice lady but I think she also knew after seeing me my face how the treatment went. I am sure she instructed to give such lousy treatment just to lure people to have more treatments . Honestly , I dont have severe problems to go for more treatments . Just once a year would have been better . $260 wasnt a less deal either. My purpose was to lighten up my nose and cheek bones areas , after examination of my face if she could give such a treatment , and ripped off all the trust I had to let them even treat my face . Sorry Ecobel , you did a lousy job to keep your business going . Honestly , thats not how business thrives , everything can be low but there should be quality in service and everything you provide . I thought atleast I would visit once a year for the same treatment but No !! I would never recommend your business to anyone . Anyone reading this learn from my mistake. Ecobel hasnt realized yet that giving half baked cake would not lure customers for a fully baked cake but it would rather make customers question the quality of their products , service and how genuine are they to even let them treat a precious part of our body "our face " !!!!!

The entrance is hidden in the rear of the building plenty of free private parking a rarity in midtown the array of services dizzying. I was greeted warmly by the receptionist and my consultation with the Doctor was excellent he was a cheerful happy person who has an artists eye and a skillful touch he recommended a secondary visit as a post follow up and for any additional needs that were not corrected in my initial procedure.I have scarring from both acne and trauma from an auto accident many years ago. The doctor was from Venuzela he masterfully corrected what fate and time had done and restored both my confidence and outlook on the future with a compassionate smile and skilled hand achieving esthetics of symmetry and balance. Thank you I feel happy and beautiful now my outside will mirror the beauty that was hidden within☺️
