My daughter and I have been going to Aria Salon for 15 years and I go approximately every 7-8 weeks for color/highlights and haircut. I always go to Amy Tofanelli for my color (shes awesome!!)and I have gone to several different people for my haircuts and I can say I have never had a bad experience. This week I went for my appointment and decided to go for a different haircut with a stylist I had never gone to before. His name is Neima. He did everything just as I asked him and as he was blowing it out I realized I didnt like it. It was all my fault, not his. But I thought maybe I didnt like it because it was different. The next day I still didnt like the style on me (it looked so cute on the young model in the picture!) so I thought I would call the salon to see if Neima might have a few minutes to cut some layers in my hair. I spoke with Elizabeth, who I think is the manager, and she was so gracious and worked me in. I showed Neima a picture of me with the style I used to have to see if he could replicate it. He couldnt have been nicer about the whole thing. He was careful to look at my picture a couple of times to make sure he got it just right! He took his time and really paid attention to detail and he NAILED IT! I came home tonight and my husband said "now thats how I like it!" I was not charged any extra, even though it had been my mistake. But I wasnt surprised, because I have known Aria to always put the customer first! Needless to say, I would highly recommend Aria for all of your salon needs.

Why 1 star? They make you sign a "TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT" with a same day cancellation charge policy. Upon arrival you will be presented with a customer information form to complete. The form includes a Terms of Service that you must sign in order to have your hair done there. The first item of the agreement states that for a same day cancellation you will be charged an additional $20 at your next appointment. So, if you wake up to find that your child is quite sick and you have to reschedule your 5 PM appointment, you will be faced with a $20 penalty. No other salon that Ive encountered has this ridiculous policy. I told them I dont agree with the Terms of Service and was responded to with a bitchy "Okay thanks, bye." Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where they will treat you like a human being instead of a source of prey to feed upon.

I enjoyed my first visit to Aria - my stylist was young and fun to talk to. Better yet, I loved my cut. The color was fine - nothing amazing, but it worked. My second visit was the same - fun chatting and the hair seemed okay, but after a few days of frustrated styling I realized just how horrible my cut was! My chopped up "slight a-line" sent me back to the salon for a fix up which resulted in a weird layered look that just thinned out the back of my hair and left a line of unhighlighted hair exposed. Ugly! Further, as my hair grew out I saw spotty color. Ive moved on. Nice salon and nice people....if youre not picky then go for it, but if you are, there are more premium salons in Alpharetta & Johns Creek!

I recently relocated to Roswell, GA from Boston, Ma. I was searching for a new hair dresser. I did my research and I came across Aria Salon Spa in Alpharetta, GA. Im happy to say it was a great experience. The staff greeted me with a great smile and were very inviting. My appointment was with Angel. I wanted a Pixie cut and she delivered. She was great, she asked questions to get a better understanding about what I was looking for and I did bring her a picture of the hair cut I wanted. She was very professional and did an amazing job. I found my new salon and hairdresser. Looking forward to many more great hair cuts.

Always on time, courteous, professional and with excellent service. When things go wrong (I am late or need a last minute appointment for example) there is always a solution. I love the products (Aveda) and the focus on well trained, creative stylists who take great pride in their work. I keep coming back because not only are my cuts, color and highlights excellent, but a good value as well. It is a salon where everyone seems to really care about your customer experience - and the experience is always terrific!

Courtney is the best. Give her highest kudos on knowing her profession and adding her personal caring touch to listen to her clients desires.I would think the other stylists are good. I can speak from experience of Courtney cutting, styling and coloring my hair for about 2 years now. You should definitely get with her if you are looking for someone to meet your styling needs. I cant imagine you wouldnt be more than pleased

Casey was amazing! Had a horrible last haircut, so I was nervous to try someone new. So glad she was recommended to me. She did a great job! Also, on a whim, I trusted her to do my highlights! I havent switched color person in over 15 years, but Im SO glad I did. She did an amazing job with my highlights. Will definitely go see her again! Highly recommend Casey!

I had a great experience at Aria. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. It was my first time going there and they set me up with stylist Denee. She listened to what I wanted, did a great job, and showed me how I can increase my natural wave to something pretty instead of the mess it usually is. I will definitely be returning!

Courtney is an amazing stylist. She takes the time to listen about exactly what you want and goes over what she will be doing with you before beginning. She does an amazing job. I have extremely curly hair, but she is able to get it so straight! The salon is friendly and clean. Ive had a wonderful experience each time I get my hair done.

A friend recommended this salon to me for color so I tried it out. Sabrina was my stylist, she colored and trimmed my hair. She also took some time at the end to go over some everyday styles that I can do with my hair which I really appreciated. I have already gotten compliments on my hair color.

My girlfriend loves the place - so much so, we drive out of Atlanta just to have her hair done here. As a guy, I think its a little ridiculous. But its hard to argue with the results. Her hair always looks good, even a month after the cut! I wonder if they do mens hair as well?

Excellent experience. Front desk staff greet you when you walk in and ask if you need anything such as tea or coffee. The stylists are on time, personable and are attentive to your needs. They also are great at what they do and provide excellent mens cuts.
