DO NOT recommend********* Moved near this location a few months ago so I thought I would give it a try. It was wonderful at first, however, it seems like many of the technicians come and go quite often. I went back to get my normal SNS and pedicure the girl I like quit so I trusted the receptionist she would put me with someone as good. My nails turned out awfuI, I spent almost 2 hours in there was late to my job and got charged a $10 dollar removal fee from the previous SNS, which by the way I can still see my old polish through. Bottom line I called and spoke with the manager "Melissa" to try to get this resolved and she offered me no resolution. She is extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and it makes sense to me how so many technicians are in and out of there. The end result is that they told me they can no longer accept my "business" due to our discrepancy" the only reason we had one was because of them. I am extremely disappointed because I did love this salon.

Got a standard spa pedicure here last Friday. My friend had called ahead to get reservations for 4. It was good that she did, since the place did get busy, with all but 1-2 of the dozen+ chairs occupied around 2pm on a Friday. The decor is fancy with chandeliers and marble. Theyve got tons of colors and magazines, bottled and fruit water, and even free candy (Reeses, Skittles, and Gummy bears). There are big screen TVs throughout, with the sound mostly down. I enjoyed the massage chair during my pedicure. The whole process was easy and calming, with soaking, scrubbing, warm towel massage of my legs, and of course polish. I appreciated that we werent rushed, and instead lingered as long as necessary for our toes to dry. VISA/MC only, and cash only for tips! They let you know that when you make your reservation.

I went here for the first time with a friend of mine. The appointment setter at the front was friendly, and they were very kind to an elderly woman who needed extra assistance from.them. No one else spoke. They offer complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, but based on the manicure and pedicure received totaling $78, I dont think the options warrant the price tag. My pedicure was not performed to the extent other places do them, and when the salon personnel painted my toenails and fingernails, she painted one layer and then slopped a thick layer on top that did not go all the way to my cuticles. It left a ridge on my nails and looked like I was wearing press-on nails on top of my regular.

I have been getting pedicures and massages here since they opened (& in Alpharetta prior to this location opening). Ive never had a bad massage, highly recommended! Unfortunately, the deluxe pedicure seems to be lacking lately, which is what I usually get. What used to take close to an hour is now getting done in 30 minutes or so. It definitely depends on the tech, but its frustrating when its not consistent. I consider money spent on this type of service to be a "splurge" and something I have to save for, so its disappointing when I have the money to spend, am anticipating a nice, relaxing hour away from life and then feel like my pedicure is being rushed.

This salon is perfection! It is gorgeous and clean. The staff is very skilled and friendly. They take appointments and walk ins, and serve wine. Its not a hole in the wall place. All of their service is done with pride and purpose. They offer everything from facials adn waxing, to nail services, basic manicures and pedicures to the most luxe versions of everything. I have not been disappointed with a single service and ive been multiple times. the owner treats the employees very fairly form what I can tell, and she is extremely friendly. I highly reccommend this salon/spa! -francesca

ive been going here every two weeks since this place opened, beautiful salon and the girl at the front desk is always so sweet! The nail technicians do a wonderful job and ive never been disappointed by them. However, last night i was in there and a different front desk girl was SO RUDE. I asked to speak to the owner and after i did, she and another girl proceeded to talk about my friends and i while we were 10 feet away. And the girl who was rude didnt even apologize. Im so disappointed because i absolutely love going here but i think after this ill be taking my business elsewhere.

This salon is a hidden gem. I walked in for a mani-pedi before a friends wedding about a year and a half ago and its become my go-to salon for my nails. The salon is clean and its set up like a calming retreat, and the staff is professional and friendly. They accommodated my entire bridal party before my wedding (8 of us with appointments) but do walk-ins as well. They have also been quite accommodating with my mother-in-law who uses a walker. Definitely worth checking out!

Even though I find this place expensive, it is very special. The inside twinkles with chandeliers and lush spa chairs in white. If you just wanted a manicure, its a beautiful long marble counter with navy suede studded chairs! Stunning. They offer you a choice of scents for lotions and foot soaks and even candy by the scoop. The staff is very cool people, friendly, helpful. Zillions of colors for nails! 2 tvs you can see from anywhere playing HGTV and Food Network!!

Completely unsatisfied!!! The service was horrible, the manicurist yanked and twisted my hands and laughed at me for wanting to get my nails done. He was rude and harsh and hurt my hands making one bleed. It was also way over priced!! Highly recommend not going there!! You can get better service for much much cheaper!!!

I was negatively surprised today when they charged me an $8 gel removal fee for a gel manicure I did with them a couple of weeks ago. What incentive do I have to get a gel Manicure from this place? The salon is overly priced for the level of manicure/pedicure you receive. I am not planning to return to this place.

All the techs that work here do an amazing job, I never have to request anyone specific. I have been to so many nail salons in the East Cobb area and this salon, hands down, does the best job. The girls at the front desk are always super friendly and accommodating. Looking forward to my next mani/pedi here!

My daughter and I have been going to Bluegrass Nail Salon in Roswell since the first week it opened. We have found not only is the service above par but that the entire staff is friendly and does an excellent job. The Spa is beautiful and immaculately clean. I can not recommend this place enough.

Atmosphere is exactly what a women wants when shes trying to be pampered. If you are getting pink and white, ask for Nina. Shes very precise and takes her time to make sure they are all even and flawless! Great pedicure too.
