Absolutely horrible experience. This is my first review ever. I literally NEVER write reviews, but from the time I walked in the nail salon until the time I left, it was a complete and utter disaster. When I walked in, I asked to get a fill in for my ombre nails. (Keep in mind, not everyone knows how to do ombre nails, but they assured my friend and I that they did). Normally, I go to the Haute Spot, but unfortunately they were closed today. For a simple FILL in for ombre , they told me it would be $75. (The first sign that they probably didnt know how to do it). I politely declined that service and continued to get a pedicure. I asked for a french pedicure with a firework as a design since tomorrow is the 4th of July. The owner came to do my design, and literally put random lines all over my toe. No organization, no firework, it looked like confetti with random colors. It looked so horrible even the lady next to me said I should get something else. I told the owner that it did not look like a firework and I really didnt like it. (This was major for me as I NEVER speak up when I dont like something. I just deal with it until my next pedicure). She was very unpleasant and caught a MAJOR attitude as she took the design off of my toe. Then she let me sit there for an EXTRA hour waiting for someone to put a simple design on my toe. My friend walked up and asked her if she was still going to do the design or if I am waiting for someone else. She responded with such hostility, saying that I didnt like her first design so she doesnt want to do another one and I not like that one. My issue was....why didnt she say anything? Why have me sit there for an hour? Why not ask someone else to do the design? Eventually, a guy came over and did a different design and I was ready to go, but I thought she would at least take something off of the bill for the extreme inconvenience. I spoke to the guy about it and explained that Ive never experienced anything like this before and if she could at least take something off of the bill. She said no and I just paid the bill and left. I will NEVER go here again. I like places that appreciate their customers and this place is definitely not it. Take your money elsewhere.

Highly dissatisfied. I only get pedicures, so please disregard if you have them as your Hand Nail Specialists. This is not a hate review. It is out of sheer exhaustion that I write this (as I am receiving a mediocre pedicure, with a switchover in techs to complete a pedicure). I have given Q Nails 7 different opportunities to get it right - I get my toes done every four weeks. I have never kept the same nail tech due to their lackluster approach to doing the service they provide. There seems to be no structure to their pedicure services, so whether you get Option #1 priced at $25 (duration 35 minutes) versus Option #5 priced at $60 (duration 60+ minutes) ---out of which, I have tried options 1 through 3--- you get: various levels of attention to detail, time per service, and what they list as the description per option level of procedure ---all regardless of what youve selected/pay for. They have a pushy manager who tries to solicit an additional/different service than the one youve come in for (which, for the record, bravo to you for attempting to upsell, but learn a technique that leaves something other than the feeling that, if denied, the person is reduced to feeling as though they are the dirt on the bottom of your shoe for sticking with what they originally came in for). Full disclosure: I will say that my best friend adores her Nail Tech, and has maintained her since frequenting this establishment. No more for me, though, thanks; for subpar service at a higher-than-average price point, I am certain you could find a better way to spend an hour and some money on a Sunday afternoon.

I was waiting to meet a friend for lunch at Egg Harbor, but needed to kill some time. I decided to get a pedicure. I believe they have 4 or 5 different options. I loved the massage, hot towels, and sea scrub on my feet and legs. This is the best massage Ive had in a nail salon. I got my toes done with a french tip. She did a nice!!! I could not give a 5 because she spoke no English. I had to find someone to explain what I needed. Although, Im satisfied and will be returning. Not bad for just killing time. The place is clean, I felt welcome, bathroom was up to standards, the have a large color variety, and they offered me a beverage. On leaving they told me good bye, with lots of smiles, I recommend this place.

I was skeptical on going to a salon ive never been, being a master cosmetologist myself and currently working in a spa i didnt expect a perfect service considering how picky i am. coming here completely changed that thought. the moment i walked i felt welcomed. i received the deluxe pedicure which was AMAZING! my technician took her time and was very detailed in what she did she took her time massaging and it was the best pedicure that ive ever received! i will definitely be coming back and i HIGHLY recommend coming here! they have a wide variety of colors to choose from. its clean and very nice here. i am very happy with this place and i will be back ! thank you

The actual manicure was fine. Not the best one I had, but was satisfactory. But the wait until they started working on new and my friend was just too much. They never mentioned they are busy or dont have time for us, yet it took them over 30 minutes to start treating us, as we just set there. No one offered water or anything else, and they were very unpleasant. The atmosphere was really not good..... I wouldnt go there again unless I have no choice.

Kristen H was right about the up selling. They must only do it to ppl with the initials KH lol. I already chose my service from menu and he guy who did my mani offered something else as if it was included. My bill was much higher than expected but all I got was an apology for the "miscommunication". My first and last visit there. They do a good job and its s booming business so Idk why they have to resort to such tactics. Oh well...

I have my own long nails I stopped here only to get a fill in. The nail tech was nice however her skills were not good. My fingers were hurting from her trying to remove old overlay then the acrylic was applied very thick ..then she began to file my nails answer my skin around my finger. I finally just stopped her and informed the Manager. He fixed them and they look beautiful now. But that was my first and last stop.

The staff at this salon is amazing! Everyone was so nice, and gave incredible customer service from the moment I walked in the door until the moment I left, even though they were extremely busy when I got there. Hannah is so sweet and did an awesome job on my pedicure, and peter on my nails! Definitely go check them out!
