Horrible! I purchase a treatment through Groupon to remove a small skin tag on my chin in September 2014. Before they would schedule an appointment I was told e-mail them a picture of my skin tag. (Really?) I then had to call, because no one called me to get an appointment. To make a very long story short…THEY HAVE CANCELLED EVERY APPOINTMENT I’VE HAD. They called to reschedule my September appointment because the machine was broken. They rescheduled me for October. But, that was cancelled because the machine still was not fixed. November the doctor wasn’t going to be in the office. December, again the machine was broken. January, no reason given but was told it has to be moved to March 1st. Called to see if I can get in sooner and was scheduled for February 8th. Monday 1/19/2015 I received an e-mail that my March 1st appointment has to be cancelled. Again no explanation as to why, but I wasn’t bent out of shape because I still had my February 8th appointment, right? SO WRONG! Today I received an e-mail that my February 8th appointment was being cancelled. I’m done. Maybe this is a sign for me to stay away. At any rate I’ve asked Groupon to refund my money.

My experience at Ga Aesthetic Med Spa over the last few months has been very positive and helpful. Kim really cares about pleasing her customers. She will go out of her way to make sure that you are happy with your treatment and satisfied with the results. She and her staff share their knowledge of how to best improve the area of concern. They will recommend products and services without pushing a customer to buy. Its refreshing to meet people who genuinely want to help customers see improvements. Many of the spas that I have visited in the past are more concerned with making money than they are with satisfying their customers. This is not the case for Kim and her staff. They are awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a visit to GA Aesthetic Med Spa.

Worst experience I have EVER had with any business. Not only was it impossible to get an appointment (I called at least 10 times, all on separate days), but when they finally got in touch with me and told me to come in for a "consultation", I drove an hour for them to speak to me for 5 minutes and tell me to come back two days later. When I came back for my appointment, ANOTHER hour drive, they said my appointment didnt exist and I wasnt even in the system. This place has caused nothing but frustration. They are very unorganized and I should have definitely read the other reviews before deciding to spend one cent at this place.

I was very pleased with my experience at this spa. From the moment I entered the reception area , I was greeted with a smile. I liked the fact that they educated me on what I signed up for with Groupon ( Skin Tightening) and they explained to me what the treatment would do and what it wouldnt do. Yes, they upgraded me on another procedure but I didnt think it was unreasonable. The technician told me that ultimately it is my decision. I decided to do what she recommended and I am thrilled with the results. They allowed me to use my Groupon as a credit towards my new purchase. I will definitely recommend this place to others.

Please dont go here!!! If I could have commented without having to give a star I would have.. Worst place ever.. Burns to face badly.. I went twice.. First time ok second time.. Horrible.. The way my face looked I probably couldve sued them.. And my face still hasnt healed right... Its permanent.. Please dont go here. If I upload pictures.. It would surely scare you guys away.. They didnt even return my calls I had to go back up there!!! Groupon.. Everything that is cheap isnt good.. If you are in the Augusta area.. Go to Augusta Laser Surgery... Friendly, Professional...

A perfect spa day is when you are greeted at the front door by smiling faces and the feeling of welcome. The staff at Georgia Anesthetic Med Spa exemplifies the spirit of total concern for their customers needs and their complete satisfaction. I have tried many spas and this is above all my favorite. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and the most up to date on services provided. I would highly recommend this treasure of a spa to everyone I know. Kym, Tonomi, Joan and Sarah are awesome! Dont second guess = just go and see for yourself! It will be a treat!

My experience with Georgia Med Spa was fantastic! I purchased a groupon for face tightening and was very pleased with the results. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Kim is very knowledgeable and explains everything to you. My husband was happy enough with the results he drove me back (from Conyers) to purchase the sun screen and collagen gel Kim recommended. I am looking forward to my next appointment and continued results. Do not hesitate to make an appointment at Georgia Med Spa, youll be very satisfied!!

This is the worse place I have ever experienced any laser hair removal. They have scare tactics that compel you to buy more laser treatments because you are afraid that the groupon you bought is NOT enough to keep the hair from growing back & when you come to your senses, they refuse to refund your money back. They are horrible and trying to upsell what you dont need. I would not recommend this place to anyone & DO NOT buy any groupons for this location. Save your money & find another place to go!

As a man who has never had anybody to work on my skin outside of soap, water, or any other facial cleansing or hair removal--I would say my experience with them have been top class. Kim and her staff are friendly as well as knowledgeable on the information they provide. The atmosphere is a peaceful atmosphere and I am able to relax while under the laser or waiting to be seen. Come by and see them and experience what I have come to know as a peaceful and completely satisfied experience.

I love this spa! Kim is one of the best estheticians I have ever seen. Ive only ever gotten IPL from a dermatologist before this but my results from one treatment here were better than Ive ever experienced before. Not only that, the prices cannot be beat. My mother introduced me to the spa when I was home visiting from Chicago and the prices are so amazing, and the quality so good, that Im planning another trip home just to go back to GA Aesthetic Medi Spa.

Bait and switch. Groupon for one thing, not what they were going to give me. They wanted me to upgrade to what I had thru groupon. - When I spoke with owner later she said they would change groupon advertisement, and I could return and they would find something for me (this was mentioned earlier for 1000-1200). This is the same complaints they have had for two years thru BBB which is why they have an F rating.
