I promised the lady in the front that i would write a review...so here it is! I came to this salon after I had a negative experience at another salon who had the rudest owner. i was in town for the weekend so i needed to relax and get a great pedicure with my boyfriend. I called to ask for an appointment and the lady who answered was soo extremely nice! she said, "yes, please come in...we do it all!" I got excited especially considering how rude the first place was. I rushed there! As soon as you walk in, the beauty of the shop is so overwhelming. I mean, A-MAZING. That alone made me excited. The massage chairs and ambiance is top notch. My nail tech was patient and thorough (so was my boyfriends tech). They even offer your choice of a complimentary drink. All in all i was very happy. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that the pricing for additional services was not clearly stated before work was done. So, when i went to the front to pay, i was shocked that 2 pedicures came out to nearly $100. But considering the area (Buckhead), extra services and quality, prices are very fair. To the owner: Please ask your techs to make sure the customer knows their total before they start work to avoid any surprises.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service! For several minutes after I walked in I was not acknowledged. When I was recognized, I wasnt politely greeted. I told the technician Id be using a flok promotion and she immediately mentioned she couldnt accept it. I asked why and she just stated coupons arent allowed. I was baffled that theyre actively advertising promotions on an app and specials on their official website which are not honored. The many promotions I read that brought me to the spot was unrecognizable to the staff. The technician made no effort to explain the purpose of the dishonor or if the promotions altogether have been suddenly discontinued. Nor did she attempt to appease the situation. She asked if Ill stay. I said no, left and I wasnt told goodbye nor did I receive an apology for my useless trip. The prices are unusually high, and the staff has odd mannerisms and no sense of customer service and retention. Im not impressed with the staff, menu, portfolio, color selection, prices, location, and the overall experience was bad upon entrance. You can be your judge, but Im sure you wont be amused.

Went here on Friday night. The ambiance was pleasant. It was clean. The staff was friendly and polite. I got a mani and pedi, my daughter also received a mani and pedi. When I went home I realized her cuticles werent cut, her nails are already chipping!! My foot bottom wasnt scrubbed properly so I have a spot that was obviously not done. While getting acrylic full set on my finger nails the guy cut my pinky finger because he was filing so hard!! All he said was haha, sorry. My nails are uneven and crooked. Not to mention my toe nails got smudged the NEXT DAY. I wore flip flops that night I got them done. The very next day I wore sneakers, probably 10 hours later, and my nails still got smudged!! I am very disappointed with The service I received here. I spent over $120 in total for nothing.

Ive been getting my nails done for over 20 years... Same thing, every two weeks for over twenty years. I must have been to hundreds of nail spas over that time frame... None that compare to this one. From the first day I walked through the doors 2 years ago, I knew I finally found not only a high quality spa but one that made me and every single guest Ive brought feel like I were at home. They welcome you each time, offer you refreshments right away... Everyone there knows what mine is and gets get ready when they see me coming. The prices are great. The services I enjoy branch out to eyebrow waxing and neck and shoulder massages as well as my nails. The staff is wonderful. Its a must try!!! Youll be so happy you did. This will be your last nail spa!

They are soooooo patient and detailed with their service. Coming from New York its REFRESHING to receive 5 star service. The prices are reasonable and the Wine puts the cherry on top! I would recommend this place 10 times over and it will be my new Go to salon when ever Im in Atlanta Buckhead area. Special thanks to Tina for checking on me and making sure I was satisfied. Brian did his thing on my nails!!!!! His conversation was entertaining. And Jessica was super detailed with my pedi. ( my feet were horrible) she hooked me up! Now my feet look gorgeous! Thank you Nail and Toe! You will see me again.

I have tried Buckhead Nail & Toe Spa 3 times now, and I will not go back! The first time I went, I was cut at least 5 times on my manicure and was bleeding. I thought maybe it was just one bad apple, so I decided to give them another chance. The 2nd visit, everything was average, but I had some cracking in my gel (it happens, whatever). Then, I went back a 3rd time. This time was miserable. I felt like my fingers were on FIRE. The guy who was doing my manicure was KILLING my fingers. My fingers hurt for DAYS afterwards. By far, worst nail experience Ive ever had.

Have been coming to this salon for years and really like it. They do an especially good job with your pedicure, spending lots and lots of time on the massage!! :-) I do understand the concern about the coupon stated by the previous reviewer. I purchased a coupon for a "deluxe pedicure", only to find it didnt quite include all of what my previous pedicures included. However, it was still a good deal for a "regular" like me. The owner and workers are very sweet folks and will try to make you happy - I would definitely recommend to others. :-)

First and last time!! I just moved here from out of state. All their reviews were great, so I thought I would enjoy this place and be satisfied as well. They prioritize over people whove been coming there for a while and new people. I made an appt, and they rushed everything. My nails were rushed because a regular came in. Im in the service industry and my service was horrible.

I just left.. The manicure was barely par. Rough edges, still skin around my nail beds. I havent been this disappointed in a manicure in a while. Didnt even scrape from under them. Not to mention the atmosphere is super awkward bc there was no music or talking so we all sat in silence. I still paid and tipped well but wont be returning.

Drilled deep into my nail and ruined the strength leaving my natural nail paper thin. Low rent location and cheap decor. Cheap pedicure thrones. Nothing quality about this place. Would satisfy some people but if you are particular about where you spend your time or where you like to do business youll likely be I satisfied.

This is a really great spot, tucked away on Roswell Road. The prices are in line with other Buckhead area salons ... but the quality of my mani/pedi, along with the atmosphere, put Buckhead Nail & Toe Spa way ahead of their competition. I wish I had discovered it much sooner and I definitely will be back!
