I just moved to Milton about 4 months ago i have been looking for a good Nails Salon . I tried serval nails salon in the area but wasnt happy . They are either not clean enough or being so busy and not really care about you. The staff usually talk in vietnamese and acted like they are doing you a favor and even ask you to pay in cash ?? I usually have cash for tips but i dont have enough to pay for the whole thing !! I though I would have to drive over 1 hour to go back to my previous nails salon in Marietta to get my nails done but then i decided to go on Yelp and see if i could find some good reviews on any local nails salon here . Posh was the first one to pop up and they had all 5 stars and great reviews . I called them and they said they can take me right away . When i walked in , i had a great feeling about this place . It is so beautiful and clean !! The decor and furnitures are very modern and up to date . Everyone was so, friendly, professional and attentive . They always smile and keep asking me if I would like something to drink or needed to add more hot water to my pedicure bowl.. ..IM IMPRESSED !!! And not to mention that they did a great jobs on my gel nails and pedicure . They have like 500 hundred Gel colors to chose from . This definitely will be my new favorite Salon !! Cant wait to go back . Highly recommended !!

I am going to give them 2 stars in the HOPES that they listen up and pay attention to free advice from a long time customer: Guys, youre all extremely nice and are very accommodating and I normally feel pampered when I go there, but lets face it, it is time to revisit some things that are falling through the cracks. Your returning customers have noticed that the place isnt being cleaned as well as it used to be. The floors used to shine, but now they dont. The white chairs? I sat on one of them the other day that looked like it had blood stains on it. And I know you get busy and try to accommodate everyone, but these things are important. Also, there are a few nail techs who are there who are terrible. They have experience, but cant execute a good manicure. It is time to let these folks go or give them a chance to do other things that they are better at. Especially those who dont bother washing their hands or wearing gloves. Finally, you have new spa chairs that I never see being used. Instead of making customers sit in uncomfortable manicure chairs, why not allow them to sit on those? I applaud all your efforts in keeping us happy and I hope you will revamp or rethink some things to make it better. Thanks!

My pedicure was fine, nothing special for $30. I really went, with recommendation, for my daughters first mani-pedi! The price for her was almost as much as mine... $28! I wanted to leave, but my daughter was so excited. I asked if they had Hello Kitty or My Little Pony toe stickers or something for kids and apparently Im the first person to ask bc they had nothing. They painted a flower on each big toe, for an additional $4, and they looked terrible, so I asked for it to be redone bc the little girls beside her had them done and they were so cute! We were told some technitions arent that good at toe art, which I completely understand!! so we decided to go with a sticker. I asked for a flower sticker. My 5 yo picked a princess crown bc thats what she was shown...a gold crown when she had silver sparkles on her toes. Ugh. We wont be back.

Great pedi..not the mani! I went to Posh because i got a gift certificate. The person who did my pedicure was excellent, unfortunately she didnt tell me her name. Now, the person name Brian was the one who did my gel mani, was terrible. I had to give him instructions on how to file my nails because he kept messing up, so I will have one longer than the other. I requested very thin french manicure, not even close, I kept telling him, thinner, please..Finally, I went to sit down to the dry area and wait for my toe nails to dry and also enjoy the movie that was on when the dude approached me for payment. I said to him that i will go there and pay in a moment. Five minutes later, he came back. I felt rushed when I was trying to relax at the place. I will not go back. P.S: My gel mani starting peeling off the same day i got it done.

Ive been going to Posh for a little over 8 months and I am so happy I found this place. They have excellent customer service. Ive been getting acrylic nails for so long until I was educated at Posh about the benefits of sns healthy nails. Its the best switch I made. My nails are now healthier than I have seen them in years! I also love getting pedicures and I always leave feeling great every time. The technicians and staff are so friendly and caring and I always feel welcome here. This is by far the cleanliest salon I have been to and I have been to many around the area. I highly recommended! I will see you guys in a few weeks!

This business biggest strength is its management. The few up front really know how to manage a busy salon. Theyve hired overall skilled and friendly technicians. If you walk in during a very busy time, they dont lie and tell you the wait is 10 to 15 mins when its really an hour, unlike almost every other nail salon Ive been to. Service is consistent and I love that they serve drinks (like coffee, tea, water).

The place is very nice but the nail tech I had was horrible. Tried them out before my cruise and the nail tech constantly drilled my real nail, then the finish product was horrible..nails were different shapes and lengths ( I like the coffin shape) and the gel was was choppy. Needless to say that tech made this my first and last time going to this expensive yet not worth it salon again.

I was promptly greeted with a smile when I walked in, by the manager. The layout is very nice, its a luxury spa you can tell. Selena did my SNS nails quickly, and she was friendly and engaged in our conversation. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the SNS process. I always am pleased when I leave this spa. I love my nails

I now work here but before becoming employed, I came to get my nails done here since the salon opened. Everyone is so friendly and they dont rush you during your relaxation time. I have never had nails look this great and I am beyond lucky to have such wonderful people to work with. You have to come get your nails done here! You wont regret it.

My husband and I went to Posh Nail Salon today. Absolutely the most professional, elegant, and classiest nail salon I ever been in. The staff delivered World Class Customer Service with all smiles. They really welcome you and make you feel at ease from the time you enter the salon. This is now my nail salon of choice!
