I should have complained the first time I didnt like something, but we had a child with us and it was very difficult getting along anyway. But I digress, heres my review. Ive been to this location a couple of times and every time it has been great! We get a lot of food for a pretty good price and it was always tasty and hot and tasted fresh (even if it actually wasnt). Last night, my boyfriend, daughter and I attended. She is a baby and was fussy and she had an outburst a couple of times, but we fed her and managed to keep her calm. While we were trying to settle in and try to do things with our kid, the waitress was asking for our drink orders when I thought obviously she could see we were struggling a little. I thought it was rude, but my boyfriend disagrees. We ordered fried macaroni and cheese as an appetizer and was not what we expected. Mediocre. I didnt get to take the first bite until probably 5 minutes after it was delivered to our table, and it was already cold (as if it wasnt really hot to begin with). After that, another waiter comes up and starts giving us child rearing advice; kind of weird, it was the first time for us (receiving unsolicited advice from a total stranger...) and we didnt do anything to provoke it (unless you consider a 4 month old getting fussy at dinner time inappropriate parenting). Again, we let it go and moved on with our meal. Our entrees came out at a reasonable time, and my boyfriend began eating while I fed our kid. My plate was put aside until I finished with her. He ordered alfredo; how hard is it to mess up alfredo? It was bland, not really any flavor except pasta flavor, and just warm right after it was delivered. At that point, all expectations that I recently held for this location went out the window. By the time I got to my food (baja chicken tacos) it was cold (which was not the restaurants fault) and same thing! No flavor, really bland, the chicken was kinda overcooked. I ate because I was hungry, not because I enjoyed it. For a $50 bill, this restaurant was just a plain waste of money. Our waitress was just that; there was no personal connection between us and her, and *all* she did was her JOB. Maybe she had a terrible night before us, and if you couldnt tell, I tried giving this place the benefit of a doubt. We did tip her for *just* the work she did, but nothing more. Even though we did not complain (wow, I really regret it), none of these problems should have occurred in the first place. Maybe this review is a bit rigid, but Im still miffed over the whole experience. Another note I will add and maybe this was just me, but it was in the mid-30s last night and I was freezing the whole time I was inside, and I ended up putting gloves on. I swear, the heat wasnt on. I would recommend going to the Cumberland Mall location. I dont think well be returning to this one; at least, not by our choosing.

I used to LOVE The Cheesecake Factory. I would find any reason I could just to go. I was even proposed to at this restaurant! I always thought the food was delicious and the portions were big enough to save some for another meal. Well last week was the last time I will ever come to this restaurant. The service was terrible. Ive had that in the past, one time, but this was bad. The lady didnt seem like she knew how to talk to people at all. She was very awkward and never said Thank you or asked if we needed anything. Very strange. I ordered an alcoholic drink to start off my meal...that had NO alcohol whatsoever in it. I only drink about once a month, so one drink will give me a good buzz. This drink had ZERO alcohol. I was disappointed, but excited to get my main dish, one I ALWAYS order, the Luau salad. I always ordered it because the portion is so huge I eat some, and save it for another meal and for $14, its well worth getting two meals out of it. The plate arrived at the table and it was ridiculous. The big won-ton squares filled up the entire plate. There was barely any salad. It was less than half what I used to receive in previous visits, ordering the same exact plate. My child got a $9 grilled cheese with fruit on the side. About 4 pieces of cut up fruit. THATS IT! Ridiculous!!! I ate the entire salad and wasnt even full. Then I get my bill and see I was charged $10 for a drink that was missing alcohol! My salad was the same $14 price. I was and still am extremely disappointed that I spent my money there. I wish I wouldve never gone and saved the money for Christmas gifts. I will never go to this restaurant again and I will tell everyone I know. I dont know what happened here, but they are just trying to steal your money.

We took my mother in law for Mothers Day dinner that she was visiting us from FL and it was a total disappointment, the service its terrible, the waiting time to be seated wasnt bad, but after we were seated we were waiting for a server for 20 minutes just to take our drinks order, at the time we arrived, it wasnt busy at all and it tooks additional 30 minutes to bring us water with lemon, then our server finally came out to get our order, we were waiting to get our food for one hr and 15 minutes, My mothers in law ordered fried scallops and they were over cooked and flavorless and send her plate back, her husband got his salmon burned on the bottom and also sent his plate back, my husband ordered bang bang shrimp and it was over cooked as well, I ordered tostada chicken salad and it was the only dish they didnt over cooked, we sent 2 dishes back and ask to speak to the manager because it wasnt only about over cooking the food but also because, all our food was arriving at different time, meaning we were waiting for the other two dishes to arrive while our food was getting cold. The manager was like it wasnt a big deal, she only offered us to come back next time an ask for a manager so we will have "good experience " but not to ask for her because she was going on vacation to meet her new baby nice! So we ended up not having Mothers Day dinner at all. Thanks Cheesecake Factory to Ruined our MotherDay., we definately will never go back and we will going to make sure to share our bad experience with family and friends.

8-14-2017 (Monday and the place was half empty) Run dont walk away from this place!!! HORRENDOUS! 1. We had a party of 10- they refused to sit us even though they had tables. Made us wait 40 minutes. We asked for the manager and explained a party of 10 gives you more $ than you seating singles one at a time (they had sat 3 singles in a row- where they could have joined tables and sat us.) He sat us after we pointed out his hostesses poor hostessing skills. 2. Sat us, finally, and we told the waitress to divide bill and add the birthday girl to each of us. Apparently they can only divide 4 ways (though we NEVER have a PROBLEM at any other restaurant) and we tip well knowing we are a party of 10. Well that wasnt going to work because it was 10 of us. They finally said they could only divide it by 9. Uh, what?!!? So we told them, fine do it by 9. They got it wrong. They had to re-do and reprint all the bills again. Took over an hour to get our bills.... 3. Unpleasant experience when we were trying to take our birthday girl out to enjoy her birthday. They practically threw her cheesecake at us and ran. 4. We tipped the girl 18 to 20% even though her service was horrendous and I havent even delved into it in this review nor will I bother you elaborating on it. 5. Several of our 10 attendees got food poisoning. That should tell you all you need to know right there!!! RUN, RUN dont even enter this place.
