If this is the Chick Fil A on the corner of Haynes Bridge & Northpoint then it has to be one of the most poorly managed fast food places Ive ever frequented. Unfortunately they are the only place on this road that serves breakfast otherwise I would have stopped torturing myself long ago. The entire crew seems much more into cutting jokes and moving as slow as humanly possible as opposed to actually working. In my opinion it all starts at the top and the manager lady doesnt seem fit to work the drive through window much less manage & motivate 10 lazy people. Regardless of if there is 2 people or 20 people, the entire crew still works like they are walking in quick sand. When you visit a Chick Fil a thats virtually empty in the mornings you know half the community is fed up with the lousy service and poor response times. Im not one to bash people but this morning was the straw. I was watching them put ice in one of the ice bins. The employee puts the entire bag into the bin. He didnt just pour the ice in, he stuck the entire bag, dirty sides and all down into the bin and proceeded to beat and bang, jerk and wiggle the bag trying to get the ice out. The bag is so big it barely fit into the bin and all the while he is rubbing the dirty outsides of it all over the bins inner walls. The Lord only knows where the outsides of that bag have been. From what I could see of the bag it looked like it had been laying on a dirty floor. Along comes the manager walking at her usual .1 mph pace, sees what he is doing, laughs and then walks on. Nevermind the extremely disgusting contamination of the ice.

Asked for a chicken sandwhich with pepper jack cheese and bacon. The guy gives me a sandwhich that is barely warm, cold cheese, and no bacon. Told him i wanted it hot and with bacon, he said "the cheese will be cold no matter what" and gave the sandwhich to the cook. She threw 2 pieces of bacon in the bag and gave it back. Still cold! Asked for a refund and gave the sandwhich back. They guy had no customer service and an attitude of "i dont want to be here". I had a similar situation at the chick fil a up the street from there. But atleast they apologized instead of arguing with me and they heated my food up. Never experienced this at any other chick fil a i have gone to. I get that they are owned by different owners but Chick Fil A should have consistant customer service and food quality. Never going to this location again.

Had a real nice attitude from the cashier. After working a shift of 8 hours in the mall i go on my lunch break and get attitude from her, not sure where she learned her customer service skills from, but she needs some training. The customer before me got attitude as well so i know im not the only customer who feels this way. Had a name tag of dania and best trait is her eye rolling when customers ask questions.

Always great service epecially the good and mature waitors. A very Christian restaurant, always closed on Sundays. The food is always fresh and hot. I would definitely recommend this restaurant expecially if you are bringing family or friends. Only a very few of the waiters are cocky and imature. This will be a very interesting and exciting experience for he whole family. Join the Chick-ful-a family TODAY!!!

Dr. Pepper was flat. They got it from three different machines and it was flat every time. Never got carbonated Dr. Pepper, nor did they do anything to adjust it! It wasnt the customer service Im used to either. The mumbling, young man that took our order said "that it?" after everything I ordered. No "thank you", "have a nice day"... something was off today!

Havent been to chick-fil-a in a while. Stopped in today and realized thats was definitely a mistake. From the hot tender chicken and a perfectly toasted bagel to the crisp hash bites dipped in a fantastic Polynesian sauce this was just an amazing experience to begin my day. And the simply orange juice just topped it off:) thank you chick-fil-a.

Im so glad they did the remodel so much bigger and better. The services is always on point and you never have to wait more than a few seconds on the busiest of days... My fav place to eat. breakfast and lunch
