This is the second time that I have ordered online from this place(not during the lunch rush) and they seem to still get everything wrong. Also, it does seem that if I am paying for extra steak in my burrito bowl, I would at least get an adequate amount of meat. Oh no not at this location, they gave me the same amount as they would if they were charging me regularly. Forget about asking for special request and putting comments about how you would like the bowl/burrito, they DO NOT READ them. I always get lunch for my coworker and myself and ask for certain items to placed on the side so the she can choose how much she would like to have in her bowl. Nope not even close, not only did they forget to give these items to me, they also put it on her bowl. What is the purpose of having special comment section if no one reads it? This location is a waste of time money and effort on everyones part. I am sick and tired of going to this location hoping that maybe one time out of a million that they will get it right for once. Also they always seem to be running out of cups tops forks and napkins. I hope to god that someone from their corporate office reads these reviews because guess what word of mouth is world of mouth and social media is a killer.

I am a full grown man who can always destroy a bowl of chipotle at any other location and always satisfied and leave happy and full! I am always disappointed when I open my bowl at this location. The amount of food I always receive from this chipotle is probably a good amount for a tiny little girl under the age of 1. I am paying almost $8 for a meal and barely even getting 8 total bites. I asked for extra chicken one time which I know is a daily request by many others, but the line cook literally scooped out one tiny piece of chicken and was still charged even when complained. The food quality is another thing I could complain about for days but I will save that for another day. This is by far the worse chipotle I have ever been too.

I just returned home from this Chipotle- a very frequented weekend spot. The staff all had big smiles on their faces and were having a good time/happy and proud of their work. The First lady gave me extra rice when asking. They were out of lettuce at the end of line, but the young man in the back was washing it and said he would have it out in 30s. The line crew happily waited and fixed me up. At checkout I used a bogo coupon, upon which the lady offered me a drink on the house. Great experience as usual- this night especially. Keep doing what you do best!

I like Chipotle, avoid this location. The place is DIRTY. There is a layer of filth on every surface in the dining room. This place has not been thoroughly cleaned in years. Garbage cans are almost always full to overflowing. The tables are dirty. The floor is black with caked on gunk. The food service area seems a bit cleaner, but with all the health problems with Chipotle lately I would be careful. There seems to be a lack of caring by management about how clean the place is.

This particular chipotle consistently offers a bad experience. As a long time chipotle fan, been eating regularly over a decade, this location has the worst service. I always come back hoping new staff will make a change. But it doesnt so it must be a management issue. Slow, food is not chipotle standard, often unfriendly but specific people have been very nice here. Only come because its the only chipotle close enough to go for my lunches.

Come on, Chipotle. When you have an online order that states your food will be ready at a certain time, it is not a good look that the cashier does not have your order ready when you show up 2 minutes after the time the order stated it would be ready. The cashier disappeared for 30 seconds, re-appeared with gloves and then prepared our food. No apologizes. Nothing. Did I say this was not a good look?

Love Chipotle food. This is a terrible location for service though. Never make the mistake of an online order - they never get it right. When you walk in too - they seem to want to skimp on portions - you have to bear the embarrassment and put up with sullen looks and ask for the right portion. Terrible service. Likely will not change as my calls to managers have never had an effect

Inconsistent. I went in today and I was thinking if I would get a burrito bowl, they would fit in more food...I was wrong. It took me literally two minutes to eat the quantity of food that I had. I was served very little food and my total cost over 8.50. I will not come here again, nor will I recommend this location to anyone. It was a waste of my time and money.

I paid for double chicken and got less chicken than my usual location gives me gor a single serving, AFTER asking twice for a more fair portion. I gave the benefit of the doubt that maybe it just looked like less but nevertheless I had no chicken left before my bowl was halfway done. Never had such poor service at a chipotle during non rush hours.

Portions are inconsistent and the employees seem to have no idea what is going on. I didnt even have enough rice to eat my meal because they changed out the rice and gave me only what was left in the pan. Not even half of a normal serving size... Its not worth the money when you cant count on getting what you pay for each time.

The Chipotle in my home town has better quality food than this location. Under cooked rice from two different "fresh pans" of white rice. It probably wasnt cooked with enough water. Skimpy portions as well. Manager handled the problem in a professional manner, but in the end took my business to Five Guys instead.

Food was good although VERY skimpy portions. It I have been to this Chipolte before and each time I leave feeling hungary. Chipolte is one of my favorite restaurants, although if this was my first experience I would not eat there again. Restaurant clean. I will eat Chipolte again but boycott this location.

The service was extremely slow. I mean really slow. It was the dinner rush. So there was a lot of people, but still. They also skimped out on the ingredients, even after putting some peppers on, taking them off. It still tasted good, but Ive never waited that long even in longer lines than this one.

Staff seemed uninterested in having a paying customer in their store. Person making burritos and bowls acted very negatively towards my friend and I. Food was unappetizing. Shorted me on rice and chicken. And overloaded on everything else. Took 5 bites and lost appetite. Waste of $7....

Portions vary on employees mood, I dont want less, I dont want more. . . I want the same every time. Definitely not value at any rate to have lunch or dinner here, food is mediocre at best then served with rushed and unfriendly cry baby employees that hate their miserable jobs!
