Tried the new gluten free bun. The service at this location is very good, with the order taken correctly and a busy restaurant being run cleanly and efficiently. The new bun is actually quite good. It comes separately packed to avoid contamination. However, gluten free baked goods dont keep- you either have to freeze them or dehydrate them. If the latter (and this is the case with the bun here) then they have to be rehydrated before eating them if they are to avoid tasting dry and crumbly. Unfortunately this is not done with the chick fil a gf buns, which is a bit of a wasted opportunity. Shame as they did all the hardest stuff with selecting the best bun and let themselves down at the final stretch.

Im taking my original review back. I dont know what happened to this location but it has gone down hill quick. 8-10 mins average per order wait, at the drive thru and they forget items. Update 2.0 I just visited this location and the Chick-Fil-A One scanners werent working so they couldnt scan my app to redeem my points. Update 3.0 I just visited this location for the third time with a screw up. I ordered a very simple order #7 with a Un-Sweet Tea. Which is a Beagle with Chicken, Egg, and Cheese. And I got a plain Chicken & Biscuit Combo.... I will not be back.

This location does their best but the parking lot and drive thru system is way too slow for how much business they do. They have employees standing outside in a makeshift second lane to try and combat this. Its not safe for the employees to be walking around that many moving cars all day. Ive also seen them standing out in cold weather and even rain! Poor employees.

Went thru the drive thru during lunch rush hour to get food for me and 2 of my comp workers. My meal was the only one paying with credit and my card apparently didnt go thru. I told them not to worry just cancel but they went ahead and gave me it for free! They are awesome awesome awesome! Thanks guys for your awesome service!

Terrible design of a drive thru. Line backs up onto the adjacent road causing a traffic jam for coming and going cars in this area. They need a better system to combat this issue. Service is great and its clear employees are trying their best to serve customers in a timely fashion but the location and design doesnt help.

Employees at the window (young kids)were too busy chatting amongst themselves. One employee was standing outside, hanging off the drive through window with her back to the cars in the drive through. Had to pull my car up further away from the window to accommodate her conversation. Food was okay.

It does everything a normal Chick-fil-A does, which is serving Grade-A-five-star food with tremendous service, except theres a traffic jam worth a fifty-car pile up at any given moment in the drive thru and the line. Its location attracts all the mothling humans from Montgomery to Northern Mason.

Best part was that they serve real chicken. I had #1 combo and it only had pickles on it...a piece of lettuce would have been nice. Waffle fries were not cooked enough. A little overpriced for what we got. Took me a couple of years to try it and it will probably be that long before I go back.

Chick fil A. I think they have a great concept of a work ethic. They aced up my sandwich and with a simple request they fixed the issue. Personally I thought the there was too many front register people but based in they amount of people who come in to order it was obvious why.

This was my first time eating at this particular establishment. I went with my 2 kids and my mother in-law. The service was friendly and our food came out fast and the restaurant was clean. We also got the chance to see the cow mascot, which was really fun. Keep up the good work.

Probably picked the busiest time possible to go to CFA--springbreak, 12PM, and had to park across the street behind the restaurant. All of that and the employees still had great attitudes, we found a clean table, and our food came out within 5 min of ordering-well done, CFA!

Friendly staff even though it was the end of the day. Food was ready quickly and tasted fine. However they handed me a 3 piece in stead of the 4 piece I ordered. Glad checked the bag inside the store. Quickly returned to the counter and was received my 4 piece.

Service was great, facility is clean, cars lined around the building are moving through the drive through pretty quick (noticed as I sat on the patio eating) and food was good as always. (They also have a movie character walking around greeting the children)

I have always loved Chick-fil-A and this location wasnt super busy the day I went. I love how the kids can play in the playroom after they eat to burn off some energy. I highly recommend everyone to Chick-fil-A because of the great food and atmosphere.

Beware if you have celiacs disease. this chick-fil-a gave me a cookies and cream milk shake when I ordered a chocolate shake with a gluten free sandwich and I had an allergic reaction!!!! they are not even cautious to read orders properly

Has anyone ever been to a bad Chic-fil-A? This one is always packed, but they get people through the line crazy fast! Little tip for ya, if your going through the drive-thru use the right hand lane its much faster for some reason.

Ok. Staff needs better training and organization in the drive through. Also, rhe restaurant needs to better plan the so called 2nd drive through line which is basically kids running in and out of traffic.

I eat at this location fairly regularly for both breakfast and lunch. Around noon-1pm its crazy busy. But, never unfriendly. Whoever owns and manages this location does a great job!
