This is the worst group of employees Ive ever encountered. I placed an online order, and I walked in 2 minutes after the promise time. When I walked in, no one greeted me, no problem, who cares. BUT, then I walked up to the register to pick up my food, stood there for, maybe 5 minutes, while I was ignored by the one employee in the front making a sandwich. He was busy working though, so I didnt really care. Finally, this tall, skinny guy (who I could only assume to be the manager on duty at the time from his polo) walked out from the back up to the register, still texting on his cell phone, and literally threw it down on the counter in front of the register. Then just stood there and looked at me. I said, "Hi, Im here to pick up an online order." He turned around, grabbed it, again, threw it down on the ledge, and rang me up. Didnt ask me for my name, didnt tell me how much it was, didnt tell me to swipe my credit card, has this guy ever worked in food service or any customer based job before in his life? So I swiped my credit card, then finally he spoke and said "Want your receipt?" to which I said "no, thank you." Before I could even finish saying that, he picked up his phone and was already walking to the back again. So I left. I sincerely hope that was not a manager, but either way I hope that everyone sees this and gets their act together. The food was great though. I love firehouse, and will continue to be a customer, but never again at this location. Worst team Ive ever seen.

Omgoodness. I cant believe this place . Just left there. The cashier didnt even greet us when we came in. Then he went to the back to eat his food, came out with it on his hands wiped it on a towel. Began to order my he couldnt even ask me what I wanted on my sandwich or tell me what the options were . Just looked at me. Then I belive the manager came out . Looked at my order on the screen and adjusted so he had apparently rung it incorrectly and was afraid to ask me a third time what I wanted on my sandwich. The manager puts on his gloves doesnt even wash his hands first I had to request that he wash his hands. I had 2 more sandwiches to order. So you know what . I say no. No to unfriendly employees , uncleaniness,. I can spend my money somewhere else . Im Kool on firehouse.

Staff are very polite but our sandwiches were not good. All of my meat was on one side of my sandwich, my bread was not toasted & it overall just didnt taste that good. My boyfriend go a 12 inch sub & the meat portion was like an 8 inch sub. The ends of his sandwich were just all bread & he couldnt even spread out the meat because there just wasnt enough! & he said his sandwich was gross. I LOVE firehouse & have been craving them for a while but it was just disappointing. Probably wont ever come back to this location. Again the staff was amazing, the food just wasnt.

Firehouse subs has never let down in the past as far as the food goes. A friend and i walked in today to find a staff member wearing a shirt that displayed an upside down american flag. This is a blatant sign of disrespect to any person who has served, whether it be military, police, or fire. We turned around and walked out. I will not be back and plan to tell others of this experience. I hope firehouse doesnt find this acceptable for their brand and begins a quick plan of correction.

I love firehouse subs. But Im so disappointed in my most recent visit to this location. Being that Im 6 months pregnant and I have been craving the beef and cheddar sandwich for weeks. I was so excited to finally have it but they didnt toast my bread! My bread is very soggy which makes its hard to enjoy the sandwich. If Im not mistaking, firehouse toasts their sub rolls and drains the meats to ensure the bread does not get soggy. How ironic... Very unsatisfied...

Our family ate there yesterday for the first time. The staff was friendly, the food was prompt, and the subs were WOW. My wife and kids are very picky eaters and everyone enjoyed their food. I had the ladder sub with turkey and a delicious sweet mustard. My wifes italian sub was amazing. The kids enioyed the not spicey meatballs which tasted fresh and flavorful. We look forward to returning.

Bunch of young guys hanging out other side of the counter. They have no idea what/how to prepare subs. I had worst experience here, bread was not cut properly and vegetables were not prepared properly. Manager TYLER was so rude. All I can say is they are not doing justice to Firehouse franchise. I am never going back to this location again.

Came in yesterday afternoon not expecting much. First time visiting and figured it was just your typical sub shop. I was wrong. The workers were very outgoing in helping me decide what to start with. It was an overall fantastic experience, and I cant wait to come back. (By the way I went with the Italian and I recommend it)

I ordered the hook and ladders combo and asked for banana peppers oil and vinegar salt pepper and oregano. Didnt get any of those on my sub. Im very disappointed and this is my first time at this location. I also brought my kids with me but I know Im not coming back to this location. The restaurant isnt even clean.

There are a lot of sandwich options around here. Firehouse is good but not great. They are slower than Jimmy Johns and not as good as Jersey Mikes... But definitely better than Subway. While it doesnt necessarily stand out it is definitely worth trying. Ill go back.

Horrible service they didnt toast my bread and they hang out in the back the 20mins I was in the store bathrooms were gross. Rude ass people is all I have to say. I love firehouse subs and drove 20 mins to get here and will never come again. Bunch of lazy employees

Really good meatball sub, the marinara was very good but maybe a little too heavy handed, Had to scrape of a lot of extra. Otherwise one of the best subs Ive had in a while

Foods always fresh. But they move very slowly. Cashier is always friendly but the lack of mgt. Is starting to show. In all you get what you pay for.
