This Panera is the closest to me but from my experiences here at this location, I will make the drive to other locations now instead of this one. I use to frequent this Panera often and many times my orders have been wrong, spent forever in line waiting to place an order and then spend another eternity waiting for the food... this all happens usually at their slowest times during the day. The manager is also extremely rude and unhelpful. Disappointing is an understatement! Surprised anyone has good experiences here and nice things to say at all.

I asked for a turkey avocado blt sandwich. I got some type of panini with peppers on it. This was after I had told my daughter no she couldnt have a cookie and the cashier went behind my back and pushed my daughter into it more. The tables are all dirty. The staff was rude. I wouldnt send my worst enemy here. This is not the first time I have had issues here

This is a nice Panera. Good fresh food, friendly employees. My only complaint about this (and most other ones too) is the odd line. They have 3-4 registers all in different places and sometimes people stand in one line and other times they queue into 3-4. Its very confusing.

This Panera has always been a great spot to meet friends and have a cup of coffee and a pastry. The food is good and the staff are friendly. The dining are can be a bit dirty at times, but overall it is not bad - at least they make an effort.

Dont go there in the evening food was stale only a 1/4 of my steak sandwich had meat on it the people just wanted to go home didnt Care about the service they were giving it was just here now get out will not be back to this location

Place is cozy, manager is really nice and easy-going; twice Ive had to wait like 3 min more than usual and they gave me a free drink and chips. Hes like "while you wait, have a drink" and hands me a free-refil cup....nice.

Everything was fine, except I found a chunk of chicken in my Vegetarian Tomato Soup...luckily Im not a very strict vegetarian, but this is definitely something vegetarian customers could potentially stop coming for.

Great place for having a meeting or catching up with friends. Food and coffee is adequate (personally, I prefer it to Sbux). Theres free WiFi and its close to my house, so I come here often. Great atmosphere!

This was the worst Panera I have ever been to. Salads didnt have dressing on them. The location it self was dirty. Waited 15 mins for are food. Also the it was the smallest Panera seating wise I have seen

Dont ever bother going after 5pm. They will tell you they are "out" of over half of their menu. Having almost nothing available 5 hours til close is ridiculous and purely poor management.
