Great at helping you find work. They are really professional and committed, but they only care about employer clients and their money. It is a business so that can understandable. However, If you work at a job through them thats unsafe, poorly managed, or unfairly treats employees, they will rule on the jobs side over yours. If you need work, they will do their best to help you. Just dont expect them to care about your well-being or rights, in any way. They also wont be honest with you about the place in which you will be working. The majority of other Temp agencies Ive worked for in the past are honest and truthful. They wont look you in the eye and say a job is great. Knowing well thats a lie. Dont expect Express to be truthful about their clients. Ive talked to the branch manager and was told they were aware of the issues of safety and management. Yet when I was in orientation pre-assignment, before it as well, they maintained it was a safe environment, and that the management was fair. Two of the biggest lies right off the bat, only to find out the truth in the end.

I had never been to a temp service before this one, and I was so disappointed. They lied to me about the position that I was going to be getting, and I am almost confident that the job they sent me to was the only that they had to offer. The companies pay them to find employees for them, so they cater to the companies and not to the person desperate to find work. I accepted the job as a telemarketer (advertised as a receptionist position) because I had been unemployed for 5 months and needed something quickly. Once I realized that I hated the job (took about 2 weeks), I called to ask if they had other assignments; the front desk person told me to just wait it out. I later found out that it was because they needed me to stay there so that they could get paid. Definitely not out to serve the interests of the little guy. The job paid $9 but closed for 2 weeks during Christmas (unpaid) because the companies we called were closed. The money was good, and getting the job was quick and easy, but it was definitely only TEMPORARY!

I meet them at my first job fair. I emailed them my resume and we set up an interview. I had to do the drug test, computer and networking skills tests. They got me an interview with a telemarketing company. I felt it well. I called once a week for updates.Two months later they finally told me that the company preferred someone with sales experience. They got me a another job at a warehouse right away. I worked there for a short time and actually enjoyed it. The people at Express were friendly but they need to work on communication. There were some basic information that I felt they should have told me in the beginning without me having to ask. I didnt know where I was going to get my paycheck from, the hiring company or Express. After the warehouse job ended, I called to update my information and preferences. No one is ever available. I just gave up and did my own job search.

I believe that Express in Athens is the best staffing agency in town and a great company to find permanent work through. John and his team were friendly, helpful and supportive from my first visit to their office, through the time I worked at the job site until I was hired on permanent by the client company. During the time that I worked for Express I was impressed by their encouragement to work safe and willingness to help me with any questions I had. I had good attendance, worked hard, safely and with a positive attitude. While I was working as a contractor I won a peer voted award for doing a good job. Express valued me for that. Express never made a promise that they couldnt or didnt keep. This is how a great staffing agency works.

I was referred to Express Athens by a friend who had recently been placed in a job through their services. I had just moved to Athens, GA and had no connections to help me. I went through the hiring process at Express and within days was informed of numerous job opportunities that might suit my needs and within weeks I was hired by an outstanding company. Without Express I never would have found out about my new job. Everyone I worked with at Express was friendly and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend letting the professionals at Express help you find your next job!

I had never been with express or went thru express but every since i sighed up I have been waiting for them to send me anywhere for about five months now.in almost five months they have not called me with any jobs not a single one I called them almost everyday n all they did was tell me to continue to call the automateit service and they continue to feed me lie after lie they claim they have no warehouse jobs available but I went on there website n seen that they have several available my experience was horrible and I would not recommend them to anybody

This is by far the best employment service I have had experience in working with. I sent my resume for a position, 10/26/16, received an email for an interview. By the time I got there, the position has been field. However, Mrs. Kay sent my resume for another position, I got an interview on 10/28/16, then a second interview on 11/2/16. A formal offer was received on 11/3/16 and I start on Wednesday 11/9/16.

I have found employment through Express twice now, and both times the process was simple and enjoyable. Katherine Kay is great at finding opportunities that fit within your experience and talents, but also at finding positions you will enjoy! As a college grad I got my foot in the door to my field with this company, something that is not an easy feat!

Had a bad experience with this agency a while back. Next time I go through the temp Ill make sure its temp to perm position. And a little advice to people reading this : Dont be a telemarketer guys they dont treat you as a person at telenet or Express and they make it known when they dont want you to work there anymore.

Told the Operations Manager I was planning on moving to the area and wanted to see if they could assist me in securing a position before I moved. I also told her I am able to move immediately upon a job being secured. They said they couldnt help me since I wasnt already local. Very disappointing experience!

I love the staff here. I needed a job and I had just moved here. They placed me on a position quickly and with a position geared towards my experience. I have never had to wait for a phone call if I had a question because the girls in the front knew the answers. Very professional.
