Extremely dissapointed in the integrity of this company and the recruiter that assisted me in absolutely nothing but waste my time, money in gas, and lose my peace. I was told in December of 2016 that a specific job which I was promised was going to open in the first week of January 2017. Also was told that new jobs would opebln up in 2017 because Aerotek was going to recieve a larger "budget" for jobs. This meant that I could possibly get a job closer to where I live or of equivalent pay in a differnt area..... I have a wife and kids with bills due every month on a specific day. I trusted my recruiter and waited in December 3 weeks for a promised interview for a job in January. After no phone call or respond back from Aerotek in January I was forced into taking a position back at my previous place of employment which I was in hopes of not doing.. I wasted my time, lost 3 weeks of pay, was very stressed the last week and received no job offer and not even a call back or email message. DISSAPPOINTING.

I mustve got the one guy thats a complete incompetent. He had me test, jump through hoops practically, and interview with no success at placing me. He actually called a reference, put her on hold for ten minutes, someone else picked up the line, put her back on hold, then he came back and told her, "Never mind." and hung up on her. Years to build a professional and personal relationship only to be wiped out by one incompetent fool.

Unfortunately they arent concerned with the issues with some of their Clients that they take on So once you complain about the company (clients) they assigned you to they act as if the only way they can help is if you quit or get fired but shouldnt the goal be for the recruiters find clients people would want to stay and work for smh Its a scam your better off finding employment on your own

They never seem to have a job available. I chose someone else to help me, you should too. They string you along for months, you can ask to transfer to the Ann Arbor or Troy office after they string you along for a few months or so. I ended up getting a kick ass job with another agency, so it all worked out, but its super frustrating how they lead you on.

Apparently Payroll Issues.regarding Direct Deposit DELAYS are not important enough for Aerotek to notify their placed employees. Quite unacceptable business practice! As employees of Aerotek, we are the CUSTOMER!

Very good staffing company. Theyre all respectful and professional. They try to find you a long term job to grow with the company. If youre looking for a job i recommend you to go there.

I was rushed into picking a job and because I couldnt come in the next day to fill out paperwork and drug test I was told they couldnt work with me. Thanks for all the help

When a employee finish an assignment, some of the counselors do not talk to the employee regarding assignments only takes employers words and views of that individual.
