I had put my resume on Craigslist when Aerotek called me about a position. I was so excited! I started my new job and was happy as can be. Then on pay day I tried to cash my check at Kroger and Wal-mart and they would not cash them. And even told me they had a block on the accounts from this company. Then I went to call off as my Mother had been ill and I was trying to go between the hospital and work,When I called into the Main number I was given another number that didnt even work! So I called back out of fear for being terminated when I really liked my Job A lot. So I got a Gentleman on the phone. He told me he was a H.R. And I was fired!! I cried all morning and could not get in touch with anyone. Finally I did reach someone 3 days later. And they said they would look into it and I never heard back from them. I was doing very well at my new Job as my numbers would show as well, And I am very disappointed.The company UMG is not a fair company to work for! The Manager would not even let me talk. He started yelling and got really nasty and rude with me for no reason. Had me crying before I even hung up. He is a bully in a position that makes people feel belittled!!

Im not sure where all of the "scam" comments are coming from. My experience with Aerotek in Maumee has been really, really good so far. In fact, I have been offered and accepted a position with a company whose business matches most of my experience, and it will turn into a permanent, non-contract position after 90 days. Both of the people I worked with at Aerotek have been professional and friendly, and the paperwork I was emailed to complete online was thorough and crystal clear in laying out the terms of employment. They even helped me "clean up" my resume a bit.

Ashley and Addie were wonderful to work with. I was contacted from my resume which was posted online. The company at which I was placed changed directions after I had been there for over 9 months and my position was eliminated. That is through no fault of Aerotek. They were awesome people to work with and for.

Aeroteck is a scam which helps no one but them. They will tell you anything to get you to apply for a job that puts more money in their pockets than yours!
