This was not a good experience at ALL! signing up online was so confusing...The website program does not work on phones... You need a I-Pad or desktop to complete the forms(Very Inconvenient). I rented the studio D space to practice on a routine. I have never been to Dance 411 before so I called the day of my rehearsal to see If I could come about 15min early to fill out any extra paperwork, Check out everything before my dancers get there, etc... and they told me yes... However, when I arrived the young man at the desk was so Rude... I introduced myself and explained this was my first time there and I needed to see the room etc... He made a comment (In a rude way) " How you guna book a studio and not know what it looks like" Rolled his eyes and said come on... he walked me to the room as if I was disturbing him... once we made it to the room he realized he forgot his keys to open the studio, so I waited... Once I finally saw the space I asked if I needed to fill out any extra paper work he said no and to have a seat out in the lobby until its time for my rehearsal. I waited in the lobby and when it was finally time for me to use the space I realized there was not a sound system in there etc... so I asked him to bring one in and he got a attitude with me...(?).... I asked him if It would be possible to get a little extra time because of the time I had to wait to get set up etc... he said NO and If I needed more time I would have to pay for it... I told the young man I was told everything would be in the room ready to go... He didnt seem to care so I told myself Dont worry about it ( I will not book this studio again) I have rented plenty of dance studio spaces in L.A , New York, FL, etc... and have never been treated with so much disrespect. I was able to find another Dance studio to practice called Rhythma Dance in Atlanta. The staff there was very friendly and welcoming they had great energy and made my experience in Atlanta much better! If you are a first time Choreographer/ Dancer in Atlanta I recommend trying Rhythma Dance studio first if you are looking for a great experience!

Called to get some details on how to redeem a Groupon purchased and the receptionist Alicia who I thought was being helpful at first, advised a could go online and set up and appoint for the day of my choice despite what days Groupon had dispatched as long as I had my promo code. Went online, promo code could not be validated. Called back and went thru the loop of the automated system for over 15min waiting for someone to answer. Ended up hanging up and calling back to let Alicia know that the solution she provided for me as not successful. She then placed me on hold because then were in the middle of open house and shortly after said she would call back. Once she did call back, she gave me four different INVALID options for me to redeem my offer that I was using as a part of my 25th birthday celebration that I am excited about advised her I was bringing some of my friends from a local adult entertainment spot bringing a good bit of people. Instead of just saying SHE DID NOT KNOW, or she wasnt sure, or going to speak with a manager or something to be able to provide me with the CORRECT information to schedule a class with my promotion, she continued to sound extremely unsure and give unclear information that even she didnt seem to understand fully after saying it. And even after she confused both her and myself, I STILL continued to ask HOW much a class would be and she NEVER gave me a direct answer. Thats totally bad for business. Sounded like a nice girl, but she was NOT knowledgeable about the details of the business at all. And they honestly missed out on a REALLY good networking opportunity for their business. After speaking with her and not being helped in the slightest bit, it made me a whole lot less excited for taking these types of classes for the first time.

I have been taking pole dance classes here since January. The classes are excellent and taught by lovely professional ladies, but the bureaucracy is immoral and/or unorganized. First, this company overbooked the classes, the outcome is that since February, we have to sign in online before every pole class [twice a week] for which Im already paying $69 a month [I also get a belly dance, hip-hop, yoga and stiletto class]. They get really crowded on Thursdays, with about 3 or 4 women per pole. I was scolded for not signing in online one night, and I asked when this new rule came about...The answer was that it had always been that way! I lost my little ID card I use to check in and they said it would be $5 to replace it. Thats seems pretty cheap behavior over a piece a plastic with a serial number that they already have a stack of. Also, they have no water fountain, so you have to buy water bottles from their snack machine [stocked only with little $1 Dasani water bottles]. Not only all that, but you have to give "two months notice" before cancelling a membership. I decided to drop my membership in February, but I will have to keep paying it until the end of March. If you think Im the lone angry voice, check out some of the reviews on Kudzu. If these guys clean up their business practices, and offer a cheaper membership just for poledance classes, I will be back. If you want to learn to poledance, I suggest becoming a stripper. [Or Google "poledance classes, [your city]", theres another in Marietta.] Love, Pearl

I had a terrible experience with Kids Dance 411 Summer Camp. The camp counselors yelled at the kids and when I asked them about it they said they have 80 kids and it gets loud. The ratios of kids to counselors is not adequate for safety. I observed the classes because my daughter said she was bored. They did nothing for the first 1.45 hours. The counselors wore their headphones and didnt even greet the kids or make eye contact. I tried to discuss the day with one counselor and he didnt even turn to look at me, just sat in his chair and spoke to me over his shoulder. It is supposed to start at 9:00. But no-one on staff even spoke to the kids until 10:45 and then they started doing warm ups. The final dance day was so loud we needed ear plugs and completely inappropriate for young kids. This is a complete waste of money and time. If you want your kids to learn to arriving late, sit around not making eye contact or communicating with one another - then send your kid here.

The staff are polite and pleasant, the facility is clean and spacious. I lovveee the sound systems because its great when im in class and i can hear the undertones of the beat or just vibe out to the song in its entirety. I love the instructors and the clsses, from the pole to the hiphop to the african dance. i like that this particular studio has variety in dance styles and that the instructors are either proffesionals, or signed dancers who have been on tour with celebrities. Its really cool to be able to meet dancers who have been on ABDC or Born to Dance, like Jungle boogie crew, royal flush crew, swagger crew, roast beast crew, & collizion crew. The environment is friendly and the people there inspire me. The regular people who have a 9-5 come and dance their hearts out in class and the signed dancers who come in and kill the choreography, every class gets me exited because of the challenge and learning experience i gain from it. I0ve dance 411 studios!
