Working with DocumentPros was truly a life-saver. After multiple attempts at trying to work with a small county courthouse in a state where I am unfamiliar, I thankfully stumbled upon the website of DocumentPros. I had the pleasure of working with Bob Albright, who helped me sort out all of my issues with the courthouse and communicated with me for almost two months regarding my order. He provided me with various specific cost estimates to obtain my unique request. Also, they were the ONLY place I could find who would accept a relatively "small" job, compared to other companies who would only accept extremely large (multiple thousands of pages) jobs. DocumentPros does not discriminate on size! ;) After settling on an order request - DocumentPros continued to go above and beyond to ensure I received my order promptly and cost efficiently. In fact, the courthouse required that Bob make two trips to obtain my transcript, after which he scanned and emailed to me AND mailed to me. Even more, I was continuously updated throughout the process. I am a student studying in California and without DocumentPros, I do not think I would have earned my A+ for class last semester! Their assistance allowed me to obtain something I was searching for so long in a timely manner and from a remote location. I could not be happier with their service and highly recommend!!
