Since I am a remote employee who works out of my house, I typically rely on our administrative team in another state to help me with various tasks leading up to a sales training. Our main admin informed me about a week ahead of time that she was going to be taking the week off which meant I was on my own for getting our training booklets printed. I was not worried as I knew there was a FedEx printing store nearby. However, I was shocked when I arrived at FedEx on Friday to get my booklets printed. FedEx not only was going to charge me $1,000-1,100 for printing and binding in color double sided (20 booklets with approx. 70 pages each), but they also told me they required a 24 hr turnaround time which I did not have to spare. I left there in a panic not knowing what to do, and then I remembered that I saw a printing store down the street. I walked into Minuteman Press around 10:30am Friday and was immediately at ease. The employees, Bonnie and Dave, were able to not only work within my short timeline, but also provide a quality product within my budget (almost 1/3 of the cost of FedEx). There was also an issue with the file that I submitted in Microsoft Word, and their team called me right away and got it fixed within minutes. I asked them to have it all done by 1pm, and they called me around 12:20 saying that they were finished. Bonnie and Dave were both so helpful and willing to solve my problem – excellent customer service! Such a great experience!
