This is the 5th time or so I have been to this location. I must say all the staff were smiling and friendly. I have been to offices in other states and found the staff to be professional, friendly and smiling. However at this particular location one staff member is beyond excellent and I informed her manager. She is always smiling, friendly and remembered me from hundreds of other customers and worked quickly, advising me of the status of my request and the whole time still serviced other customers and provided them also with beyond excellent service. I highly recommend the location and specifically Amana E. she is a model employee and I am sure others will see what I saw and contact the corporate office. I know I will. Well done Amanda!

I visited this location this afternoon and was assisted by Shannon. She and another employee were the only staff working, however, they were friendly and helpful. Shannon helped me out of a bind after I had gone to several other printing places who were either unable to assist me or did not have the skills to do so. This location was my last hope. Shannon knew what she was doing and completed my order as quickly as she could. While it became even busier while I waited, Shannon greeted every customer who walked in. I truly enjoyed my visit and will return. Thank you Shannon!!!!

I read the reviews about bad customer service, but the service my grandmother and I got was wonderful. The employee who helped us (Im pretty sure his name is Bruce) went above and beyond to help us, printing a form for me when I got confused with the machine, suggesting and bringing over a cart for our boxes. He walked with other customers to the shelves to help them find exactly what they needed. He also noticed my grandmother standing and offered her a seat. Great experience here.

I called the store about 1 hour before I planned yo arrive to make sure they could take passport photos and was assured they could. I get to the store and the person on duty, the same person I spoke with earlier, told me their camera had been acting up for the last two weeks and wouldnt hold a charge long enough to take the photo. I wasted over an hour traveling to the store and waiting while he played with the camera. I left without my photos and as a very unhappy customer

Terrible customer service. I never drop off packages and was very confused when I walked in and needed assistance. The guy was confusing in his directions on where to put my package and he didnt correct my mistake until I had already dropped my package in the wrong box after he WATCHED me walk to the wrong one. If youre going to help a confused customer do something like this for the first time please make sure you do your ONE job correctly to prevent unnecessary mistakes.

Worst customer service, I went at 5:50pm 5/6/2017 there were two staff member, one was doing something at the back and the woman with the bad temperament was at the help desk, it was hard for her to understand basic thing. I will never recommend anyone to go, after that I left to camp creek location, and spend $200 dollars with them.

This location need more help. Every time I go to this location there is only one employee and it takes at least 15 minutes if someone is sending a package. All I ever need is to pickup and it takes 20-30 minutes each time. The only upside is that the one employee is friendly!

I agree this store just needs new employees who dont mind helping people. Its empty most of the time but the employees just ignore you. If you ask for help they catch an attitude like you are bothering them. The manager is rude and sarcastic. My very last time coming here.

Always under staffed here. This is a pretty busy location and its never more than 2 clerks. Just one, alot of times. Typical wait to be seen, 15 mins. Would post pics if google reviews alowed it. Line can be out the door
