Friendly - Yes. Organized - NO. When you walk in you are greeted by two dogs and girl who is sitting on the customer couch eating lunch, trying to swallow and say how can I help you. The place is dirty. Our orders were gotten wrong four times. Wrong Labels, wrong size, wrong quantity. Was promised a call back four times, first by a staff member there and when I went in eventually, I was told by the owner "well we fired that guy", and then the owner himself never called back three times. Last order I did I was told it would be ready on a Thursday and I got no call on Thursday and so I went in on Thursday afternoon after not getting a call and they said "Oh, the printing sheets have arrived, here they are, we just need to print them (this was a small job) and they will be ready on Monday." So on Monday afternoon after not getting any call, I went in. Of course they were not ready, and so I waited there 20 mins for the job to get done. When done, it was wrong again. They did not charge me for the job and said that they did not want my business as it was too small (500 labels) and not worth their time. They are good people, just very very very disorganized with no system for communicating with clients. ALWAYS put your order in WRITING to them and keep a copy so that you can prove you ordered what you ordered. Sorely disappointed and have gotten my business burnt because of late product delivery on my end due to being messed around by Minutemann Press Moore Drive, Lexington KY.

We choose Minuteman Press (Cardinal Straw) for wedding invitations (we try to use local businesses as much as possible) and we were completely dissatisfied with the product and the customer service. Although the invitations are lovely, they have a design flaw (they are pocket invitations with stacked cards: "accommodation, rehearsal, and response" cards on one side of the invitation - the pocket is too deep and the short response card slides deep into the pocket and is completely hidden - this was not what we envisioned or what was shown to us - we expected all cards to be visible when you open the card). The invitations were high priced and we expected good design and to be satisfied - no solid resolution was offered, ideas were exchanged and we were told Emily would be consulted. Emily did not respond to an email or call us. We were told that "no one else had complained". A completely hidden response card is a potentially missed response card! In addition, they shorted us two invitations and at $11 a piece that is significant. We could have printed our own or shopped on line and received a more favorable result. Sadly, we consulted professional and did not receive professional results.

I chose Minuteman Press to print my wedding invitations after meeting them at a bridal show. Having recently received my invitations, I can honestly say that they are beautiful and as promised. However, the service was enough to make any bride-to-be a little frazzled. After my initial meeting, I e-mailed the company and told them the amount of invitations I wanted and that I wanted them assembled. I approved the proof they sent me, then received no further communication from them for well over a month. I finally called and was told my invitations would be completed at the beginning of the following week. The following week arrived... no invitations. They then promised that they would be completed the next week, but completely forgot that I asked for them assembled. Like I mentioned, having now received the invitations I am impressed with the quality. A little communication with the customer would make this a much better place to do business.

Worst printing experience of my life. Had consistently missed printing deadlines leading up to our wedding,b ut I was "all in" at that point and had to just roll with it if I was going to get my invites out. Heres the worst part of my experience - Picked up wedding programs three days before my wedding and we were short by about 50 programs. Called them that day and told them my problem. Their response, "I dont know what to tell you". DO NOT send them wedding business. Your stress level is high enough. Dont risk your time and sanity here.

I use Minuteman for a lot of my companys printing demands and couldnt be more satisfied with how easy they are to work with, the diligence put into assuring that we are satisfied with our products and their ability to complete urgent projects quickly when needed. On top of that, the final products are outstanding quality. They give our materials a very professional finish, the most recent project being a company Christmas card that couldnt have turned out better.

Warning: THE COUPON DOES NOT WORK! There was no communication between the workers. There were many of them telling me different times and dates as to when they were going to finalize the products. They were not quick. The proofs were a disaster when they came out. I had to fix spelling errors, spacing issues, and other simple errors. They lacked professionalism.

Service wise, I couldnt ask for more and they have pulled me out of a quick turn around bind on more than one occasion. Be confident that they can help you on small to medium sized print jobs.
