It became necessary for us to completely replace the polybutylene pipe throughout our house. Our house is on a slab so that meant a fair amount of cutting into walls in our living space. Five star performance for us means a job is completed to our full satisfaction, not that nothing goes wrong or there are occasional misses and oversights along the way. Plumbing Express promises a turnkey solution and that you essentially wont be able to tell they were there. They fully delivered on that. The pipe replacement crew was superb - amazing to watch - true experts. There were some slip ups from the crew replacing the sheetrock and doing the finish work. Color matches were perfect but there were minor issues in the workmanship and they failed to secure the work sites with enough plastic and tape so more than the usual amount of construction dust and debris ended up in places in the house it should not have. That said, Blake and his management team and crew quickly responded and completely rectified the situation. Ed was here one night until about 8 PM working to resolve some issues. These guys are true professionals with high standards and integrity. Excellent response and customer service. They even did several things that were above and beyond their scope of work to help us out with some of the damages done by the original leaks. I hope you never have this problem. But if you do, these are the guys to call.

We wife and I recently relocated to Alpharetta Georgia and in the midst of our contract negotiations and purchase of our dream home we realized the home had Polybutylene Piping. As you can imagine our concern in buying the home and who would do the work to re-pipe the entire home. I reached out to a few vendors. Some of which never returned out phone calls but Plumbing Express was not only responsive but timely in a full inspection and very thorough price quote. They were patient and detailed in all of our questions and even were able to tentatively book us for the full plumbing repair prior to closing on the home. All the work was top quality and even after we noticed a small item after the job was completed theyve been great about follow up. Overall Plumbing Express was not only affordable, but a rock star group of professionals taking care of our plumbing needs. Definitely reach out for any of your plumbing needs.

My home is on a slab with the "recalled and deteriorating" grey polybutylene. I called "Leak Detection Systems" out to find my leak. The man said I needed a "Total Repipe" of my home". I then called "Plumber Express" and Blake came to see me the same day about 6:00PM. He was very considerate of my situation, looked over my home, was "very fair" on the pricing and work could start quickly. Three professionals were at my home early and completed the entire repipe in one day. Roberto, the drywall/paint guy came after and repaired all the walls and EXACTLY matched my paint. An "artist" in his field with 20 years exp. He was very polite and personable. This company, from the the first phone call till the finish of the job was professional, timely and attention to detail. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a "Total Repipe" like me, or any plumbing needs.

We decided to convert over to a tankless hot water heater so I started shopping around. I ended up calling Plumbing Express and larger, more "well known" company to come out and quote. We ended up going with Plumbing Express because not only were they cheaper, they were more knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain different options and make sure we understood everything. We were working with Gareth who was AWESOME to work with. Very friendly and down to earth. He even told us of a $200 manufacturer rebate we didnt know about. Plumbing Express and Gareth will be my go to from now on regarding any plumbing needs and I would recommend them to anyone.

I needed a plumber to replace my water heater and only had one day to be available. I googled local plumbers and Plumbing Express came up. I called them and Im glad I did. They came over the same day, had a look and gave me a price. The next day Dylan Williams, the tech who came over to have a look, came back and installed the new water heater in a few hours. Dylan was very good at explaining the ins and outs of water heaters and why the heater I would get would be better than what I had. I felt that the price I got was very good. Met with Blake at our soon-to-be home. Our disclosure said that there was still some existing polybutylene piping downstairs. Blake was thorough with his inspection and was able to confirm that there the house was fully copper! It was such a relief! The best part, though? The entire inspection was free!! Its nice to know that Plumbing Express offers free inspections with the knowledge that they may not even be needed for any repairs or piping replacements! If we have any plumbing needs in the future we will definitely know what company to call! :)

We had a polybutylene leak in our house. Did not know who to call so turned to Google and after reading all their 5 Star reviews, took a chance and called Plumbing Express. We got a quote to re-plumb the whole house which we though was quite reasonable and which also included drywall repair and paint. We hired them and within 3 days the whole job was completed without any hitches. Every person from the company we had contact with was very professional and courteous. We definitely highly recommend them!

This was the third or 4th time I have used them and felt better about the service on the previous occasions. I think I got a decent value for my money but frankly who knows?? The installed a new expansion tank, pressure relief valve and pressure regulator and a PRV. Since the installation my water pulses and new noises are coming out of my water heater closet. Anyway I am on the fence if I would call them for a future problem.
