Luckily, Ive never had a bad experience at a CF gym, but Im happy to say that VCF is the best gym Ive ever been to. The coaches/owners, Bex and Harbor, are awesome people and do an amazing job of focusing on improving your weaknesses and emphasizing safety. Theyre also pretty fun people too - theres always an event going on that ties into a regular workout day or just something to get the members together to socialize. The gym is huge a surprisingly big for such a newer box - and they make the most of the space. They take great care of all the equipment really well, which is a huge plus. And the best part - this gym has a very diverse group of members, of widely various body types and ages. If youve ever wondered if Crossfit was something youd like to try, or youre already a pro, you should drop into this place at least once.

Ive really enjoyed Venture CrossFit since becoming a member in the fall of 2015. The coaches are great. I dig the friendly vibe of the fellow members. Everyones really nice, encouraging, and easy to hang out with. The space is top-notch. Ive had several friends whove joined from other gyms, noting the quality of the room, equipment, and spaciousness. All around, its a good option if you want to join and do CrossFit!

Ive been at Venture for just over a year now. This is a great gym with a great community. The workouts are tough, but fun and the people make every visit enjoyable. I cant imagine going anywhere else. Whether youre looking for a new gym to call home, or just dropping in, I highly recommend coming by VCF!

Venture CrossFit is an amazing gym. The facility itself is spacious and beautiful. The members are friendly. My favorite part is the programming. It is fun and kicks your butt. Im defiantly seeing results.
