My family comes here at least twice a week, not counting the morning I go for my egg white grill and large Coke Zero. We always get the best service, and they never get our order wrong. Today, I placed my order only to realize when I got to the window that I had forgotten my wallet. I told the lady that unless they could take my debit over the phone that Id have to come back and pick it up and pay. I only live 2 miles away, so no big deal. She whispered something to her manager, turned to me and said, "Its on us today, have a great day!" So many businesses could learn a thing or two from Chick Fil As customer service practices. Thanks for making my morning guys!!!

Very Friendly Service a Wonderful Staff of Great folks and really the best chicken sandwiches with cheese I do believe Ive ever had....theyre real close to me but Id drive an extrs 10 miles to have another #1 with a Coke. If I pass by on a Sunday I still today turn in forgetting how good they are to their employees and are closed and then I just go home and wait till Monday !!! Knowing theyll be waiting for me to find my way back to some fabulous food. Amen to Chick-fil-A !!!!

always the best customer service in winder. i eat here probably once every 2 weeks at most, and frequently i get the same person taking my order. he always remembers my name and order right away, and just asks to double check before placing it. food is always ready when i get to the window. i have gone out of my way to call and leave positive feedback on this employee.

I guess youre supposed to stand to the right of the registers because I stood directly behind the one on the left and twice the cashier looked to the left and said next person. Chick-fil-a should put an x if theres a spot they want you to stand obviously its not in a line behind each register. You have lost my business.

Had my daughters 2ed birthday party here back on March && as ALWAYS they were great! Never had a bad experience the kids love the small play area, the service is alway the best One of my kids spilled a soda, a worker noticed and was right over to help no mean looks or angry smiles. Will forever be a happy customer here!

Best Chick-fil-A real estate in Georgia. Worst service in the state of Georgia. Very friendly staff suffering under a totally incompetent management staff. Service window design obviously designed buy UGA basket weaving dropout. Consider hiring a Ga Tech or Clemson or Southern Poly engineering grad.

Great food, friendly staff. They let me sit at a corner table and work on my laptop for quite a while I waited for my kids at the movie theater. Many restaurants wont let you sit for more than a half hour, but these guys were very welcoming.

The ladies and gentlemen that work at this location are always on point. I come here for breakfast 3/7 days a week and always receive impeccable service. Frankly I have never been to a Chick-Fil-A where I didnt receive excellent service.

This is a busy location. Both due to volume of customers and the proximity to a few busy intersections. Additionally once the overpass for 81 is constructed, congestion should ease, but that isnt guaranteed.

They always put what they want on the bags no matter how many times you say ketchup and bbq sauce please just to find Polynesian in it you get a drink you would think straw is a must with out asking

Good food, friendly service. Always packed to the ceiling, though. Parking and entering/exiting their lot sucks. If it werent for the crowding and parking situation, Id eat here way more often.

Never have had a BAD experience! Its NO wonder theyre rated #2 in employee liked work places. #1 is on the West coadt, mostly. But I found a city, Ontario, Ca, where they are SIDE BY SIDE!!!
