This is a buffet but with minimal options...salad, chicken strips, mashed potatoes, green beans, sweet potatoes. The chicken was cold. It could have been because it was during lunch on a weekday and not much business. But they ran out of wings. No macaroni and cheese. The green beans and sweet potatoes had good flavor. What was left of the banana pudding looked like vomit sitting there for days. And I was told it was made that morning. Maybe try on a Saturday where food is constantly coming fresh out the kitchen. It cost $8 including a drink.

We went there on a Wednesday. Besides the 3 of us there were just 2 other customers. We ordered unsweetened iced tea and got sweetened tea... I told the waitress and she took the trinks and returned with sweet tea again?? We gave up on this. All tables were very sticky, the whole place is anything else than clean. Food selection is everage, taste is flat.. not seasoned at all... We will not go there again...

We have been dining at the Food Factory since they first opened and we love it. Two basic reasons, one is they are great people with wonderful service and the other is the simple fact the food choices are amazing and the food is delicious. We drive from Gainesville GA every chance we get to enjoy the Food Factory.

Much better home style comfort food can be found else where. Most of the food here here is bland. Much like the name suggests, it tastes factory made. Without love, care, or passion for what they are doing. Service is friendly though.
