Lobby closes before drive thru, which is not clearly posted. The outdoor speaker and/or headset was not working properly so we could not understand the order taker (Tyler) and vice versa, so we were asked to pull up. Being that we did pull up there was no menu, we asked for a paper menu and (Marvin?) the manager had a disgusted look on his face and we decided to leave since THEY were so inconvenienced. We will not be coming back to this location, especially since there is another very close down the road on Court St.
