My coworkers tried placing a take-out order over the phone and the staff hung up on them. They called back and were told that chipotle staff are too busy and we should create an online account and order online if we wanted to order....why should we have to do that?!?! We already chose out preferred method of ordering our food!? I then went to chipotle on washtenaw and most of the servers on the assembly line were polite and patient but there was a girl who was showing attitude and then didn't put any of the sides that I asked for:/ she was very rude. She was so rude and the service was terrible if the food was for me I would have left but I was picking it up for someone so I suffered the consequences...never again!

The quality of the chipotle stores in Ann Arbor is declining and its spreading to all of the stores in Ann Arbor. The Washtenaw store used to be pretty good quality but now theyve hired a bunch of ignorant staff who are rude and clearly dislike their jobs. The area management needs to get their act together!! Im quickly beginning to very much dread dealing with the people who are working at these Ann Arbor chipotle locations and others are noticing as well. If chipotle wants to keep up their good reputation in Ann Arbor they had better stop hiring people who are rude to the customers when the customers are as polite as possible to them when ordering. UNACCEPTABLE!

Ive become a fan of this locations Chipotle. Quick service, thats decently priced. I have seen less expensive at other venues, but this location isnt expensive. Quality of their meats ranges from Average to Good. Sadly you wont always have the same quality of burrito, but I still find it enjoyable. Their tortilla chips are inexpensive and good, the only concerns would be how healthy things are. Taste wise I quite enjoy the burrito bowl, and a burrito. I have heard good things about the Fajita burrito, but I did not enjoy it myself. I have recommended this location to friends, and they appear to have enjoyed the recommendation.

I love Chipotle but was shocked by how bad this restaurant was, on a Thursday at 1pm. My food was almost completely COLD, even though the line was to the door. The lady forgot my daughters chips. Worst of all, there was NO silverware out, NO napkins, and the garbage can was literally overflowing onto the floor! We all started digging underneath the pop counter to find the plasticware. Finally, a worker came out w/ napkins and then he emptied the garbage (w/ no gloves, ick). Really a bummer, I specifically went out of my way to get Chipotle that day...Should have called the manager when I left but was flying to an appointment.

Qdoba is so much better then chipotle I dont even see why they would dare open one near a Qdoba. The rice is gross its super salty loaded with sodium, and the marinades they use are not nearly as good as Qdoba. They dont even have the 3 cheese queso! When ever I am in Ann Arbor first thing I do is go to Qdoba since I go to the U of A in Tucson I am unable to eat any Qdoba because all they have is a gross poor mans Qdoba called Chipotle (which is pricer by the way). Sometimes I go to Chipotle and close my eyes and pretend im eating Qdoba.

I will never go here. This outfit is run by a bunch of NUTS. They trash the agriculture community with right-out lies making wild claims. They are either ignorant or liars; I assume both. We live in a country that has the safest food in the world but they fully distort this. Their vision of food and how animals are raised would result in sick animals full of parasites and pathogens with high mortality rates. They have no clue and no desire how animals are raised. This is just a marketing ploy to extract money from the ignorant.

Well I have yet to eat my food but Im sure it will be fine since it a chain, however I found the pirate - genie manager unnecessarily rude and rushed everyone through their order. I took a moment to tell my boyfriend I was paying for my own food when he swooped in like a genie from a lamp and started screaming "SALSA?!" at me. I get that customer service and food service is rough but the fact that there was at most 5 people in the line at a time I think he couldve chilled out a bit. Oh well, I like Qdoba better. :)

I love Chipotle, but this is THE worst Chipotle I have ever been to. I come here because it is close to my school, but I rather drive the extra miles to downtown A2 than go here any longer. The people are rude.The rice is crunchy, they are stingy about serving sizes (and when youre ordering vegetarian thats a big deal), they often over heat the tortilla so that it hardens quickly, any time I come with a meat-eating friend they give them the wrong meat. I just am really really displeased by my experiences here.

Between the echoes of the screaming children, to chewy steak and a sprinkle of cheese on my tacos I was not overly excited about this place. I recommend you eat your food there, I made the mistake of driving the mile and a half home only to find my tacos were cold and the shells all stuck together...making me take a knife and making salad with my food. I could have rated this location lower but I chose the location and the items I ordered.

By far the worst customer service of any chipotle Ive ever been to. Ive had to wait to be noticed once Im at the counter. Then once I was they started to make multiple online orders and were out of everything I would have gotten. Typically, at a chipotle this wouldnt be an issue because they have stuff being made. However the told me I would have to wait for the to make everything. Will not be going to this location again.

Just like any Chipotle. 1 star was taken off because of one of the employees. This one particular employee typically enjoys talking over you when you are trying to order. He repeats everything you say very quickly like he is trying to rush you out of there. So to compensate, I have to shout to make sure he even hears my order. I do not understand his reasoning for this but I was fairly dissatisfied with that experience.

The staff at this location is always super friendly and quick, even when sometimes the line ends up out the door. The food is always delicious with great high-quality igredients. Love that I can customize and make a dish that fits my nutritional needs and they are more than willing to accommodate. I frequent this location atleast once if not 2-3 times a week, and have yet to be disappointed.

I love coming here. Sometimes the line can be out of the door but its close to Ann Arbor, so that shouldnt be surprising. The food is always good here and its very fresh. Good seating and friendly staff. Sometimes the tables arent clean, but again Im not going to blame them if its packed in there and my tables not super clean. That would mean Im in a high end restaurant. Ill be back again

I ordered a bowl with chicken and Im 2 minutes away from home and I finally opened it and I didnt have my meat in it. So Im I come back and its a long line so I go to the register to see if I can just get some chicken but no the rude ass workers said "k get in line". I wasnt even mad until he got smart with me. Im never coming back Ill just go to the mall. Mfs.
