I dont know what happened because I used to go to this Qdoba all the time. Maybe theyre under new management, but this place has really gone downhill. There were 4 people "working" but 2 of them were doing nothing and only one of them was on the line helping customers. The boy who helped us, I will say, was very pleasant and helpful. No one else even acknowledged us or tried to pretend like they were doing anything. The place is filthy. Not a single table was clean; we had to wipe corn and what I think was sour cream off the table so we could sit down. The floor looked like it hadnt been swept in days. Their line was also dirty. They were out of a ton of things, which might have been because its Sunday and they hadnt gotten their order in, but Im not sure. When we finally got our food, I didnt want to eat it. The chicken was all fat, the black beans were sludgy, the lettuce was brown, and the chips were stale. I dont typically leave negative reviews, but if youre looking for Qdoba, go to a different location. I certainly wont be returning to this one.

Was good, as expected but but but minus 1 star for cleanliness today, because of working food service and a full-size kitchen myself: Answering the phone with gloves on, resting the phone against their face/hair, and then hanging up just to directly touch my food and the ladle handles without changing that glove. Also not wearing a hat/hair net while having hair long enough to touch their shoulders. Please remind your employees that: As a customer I have no idea how clean that phone is/how many sweaty faces it has touched but every other phone elsewhere you wouldnt eat off so its a stretch to ignore. I appreciate hard work as the only employee serving food but I want to eat the food not the person or compiled germs on a greasy phone. Otherwise thank you for your service and taking my money hahaha bye

I was disappointed when I went to this particular Qdobas. Dirty fifty aprons, no hair net on employees putting food together. One of the employees didnt have ven a uniform shirt on and acted high and hungover.The floors behind the counter were covered in dropped food and filth. Trash was overflowing in all containers. All napkin dispensers were empty. Hardly any straws. Food trays overflowing. Carpet squares were coming up causing a trip hazard. Tables hadnt been wiped down in God knows how long. I was shocked because the last two times we were in it was clean an well staffed. What happened. Will never go there again. Avoid this one at all costs.

The whole restaurant is dirty. They under-portion everything relative to every other Qdoba, and the management tries to argue that youre getting the same amount theyve always given (which I guess just means theyve always been stingy? not sure how this is responsive to my complaint). Other than rude, the staff is pretty apathetic about getting anything right. The food product is nominally the same as an other Qdoba, so its pretty good, but this is consistently the worst restaurant in the entire franchise. Id make the drive to the West side of Ann Arbor before returning.

Tacos were decent, but what the heck did they do to their chips? I used to regard Qdoba chips as a highlight of a meal there, but they obviously changed their vendor or their recipe or something, because the chips are now basically inedible. Terrible flavor now, the texture is all wrong ... how did these make it out into the wild? Seriously, this change is enough to drive me into the arms of Chipotle. I dont think Ill ever return to Qdoba unless I hear theyve fixed the chip situation.

Me and my boyfriend go here a lot, and every time we get a decent amount of food and its great, However, there is an older woman who works there..that gives you small proportions, and charges you for giving you the amount that suppose to be there in the first place. When she isnt there, its great! Other than that, its a great place to eat. I just dont like paying that amount for a small amount, when I usually get more. Its disappointing.

One if the less satisfying Qdoba experiences I have had. The food was skimpy compared to other locations. They used less queso and chips than all other locations in have been to. The staff were not as friendly, and when I turned in catering trays they did not have the cards for my free meals. Not to mention the parking was terrible. I wont be going back to this spot

Food was great, but the entire place was filthy. There was not a single table that had been cleaned recently, and the drink machines drain was so full you cannot set your drink down on it. Initially I thought it was because there were only two people working, however on my way out I glanced into the kitchen and saw 3 more people who were standing around.

Love Qdoba however I always have issues at this location with rude employees. I asked for white rice and some Mexican lady with a bad attitude (no name tag) scrapped old rice into our bowl after I specified I wanted to wait for the new rice to come out. Would not recommend coming to this location. I have had enough and will not be coming back again.

This place, staff, and owner are awesome! I ran over for during my lunch break, which meant a long line. The staff was being as quick and efficient as possible. To make it even better, the owner jumped in and gave us that were waiting drinks on the house! Thank you!!

Nice place, dont compare to chain restaurants for comparison. Its the closet thing to real mexican food east of Lincoln Park. So, i gave it 5 stars for that. If you want some BS go to quoba or that other place. Ive never had a bad meal here or service. Keep it up guys

Employee is rude and declined to serve kids bowl. Even I told him that my son had same on Friday and shown receipt but declined to serve. It is very strange that same place employees behaves differently. It is serious training issue requires management attention.

The staff at this location have excellent customer service skills. You leave their feeling like your not just a dollar sign. I was having a terrible day, and they gave me a brownie and coke on the house. My favorite place to go get nachos. Highly recommend!

Dirty tables and floors, employees who dont care and make you wait. 10 minutes from door to table for a single bowl with one person in front of me who was mostly done. Qdoba is mediocre at best, but this location made it terrible.

Food is good, prices kind of high, and portions are not the best. They dont charged extra for guacamole though, you can usually find coupons in flyers for them so that is nice. This location looks clean and staff are friendly.

Staff is generally pretty good with a couple of exceptions. The food is very good but you will not think its that amazing. All in all, this Qdoba is solid but dont expect anything over the top.

As with other places like this i wish they would have a different price for the burrito without rice and beans. Food is ok could be good if the limes and lemons wherr not always going bad.
