I signed up for six months of training, my experience was extremely unprofessional. I was supposed to be contacted to schedule a session to do measurements and determine where I was physically. This ended up being counted as my first session. I was told (as I would often be told) that they would "give me sessions to make up for it". I am still waiting to get those sessions. When my trainer was unavailable, no alternate was provided. I requested to train with someone else during weeks my trainer had to be out but my calls were returned after my trainer returned (too late). Again, I was promised sessions to make up for this...no sessions given. Towards the end of my six months, my trainer quit. No one informed us, we just showed up and no trainer. I was promised make up sessions - you already know how that went. Then, when I was finally rid of this awful contract, I was charged for an extra month. When I signed up, I spoke to Gray and I made it very clear that I wanted to train for six months - this is an option on the contract. Despite what I clearly requested, he made my contract an autorenewal, which I immediately cancelled, but after the lack of professionalism shown throughout the six months, this was just the cherry on top! I spoke to customer service. I told them I spoke with Gray, asked them to confirm with him - they were happy to refund the extra month depending on what he said. He said that it was supposed to be autorenewal! Unbelievable! Watch out for this guy - he is untrustworthy. I should have read more carefully instead of rushing to get to my workout?!

Where do I begin...The man I signed up with failed to tell me there would be a $50.00 fee at the beginning of January (on to of $100.00 signup and $30.00/month). When I was charged this fee I called them and a very rude man proceeded belittle me and tell me all gyms charge this and said he was tired of receiving angry calls about that particular charge. This made me decide I would cancel my membership when the time came, so I sent in my cancellation to the address provided on the contract to be sure I met the 30-day written notice requirement. I called a week later to be sure it went through and a man told me it hadnt yet but not to worry, it would. He didnt advise me otherwise at all. No surprise, I was charged again after my account SHOULD have been cancelled. I called and apparently they changed from National Fitness to Paramount Fitness back in October and did not alert me of this change, so the address I mailed my cancellation to did not exist and my account was never cancelled. They of course will not refund me my money and I am out a membership fee due to their disorganization. This place is a complete ripoff and their customer service is absolutely terrible. The woman I spoke with today was pleasant, but she seems to be the only one. Just save yourself the trouble and go to Edge across the street.

Dont give these people access to your credit cards or banking account. They assured me that when I moved I would have no problem canceling the membership. I have been trying for 4 months now and still cant get them to stop charging me. They told me to give them a copy of my order or prof of relocation but they are still charging me even after they have that. I talk to them on the phone and they tell me everything is fine and the account will be canceled but the next month I am right back to them because they charged for another month. I even had an extra clause written into my contract when i signed up saying I could cancel but they just will not stop charging me. They can not be trusted and you should not give them your money to start with. Not to mention the Gym is terrible in the first place I have been in a lot of Gyms but never one as unfriendly as this. Bathrooms are dirty equipment poorly cared for. My wife stopped going because she did not feel safe leaving our kids in the gym day care while she was working out. Just stay away. I realize options in the Warner Robins area are limited but this place is bottom of the barrel for sure.

This place is awesome! The staff is like family. I joined about 6 months ago and I genuinely enjoy being able to work out in such a supportive and friendly community kinetix builds. One of the best descions I made was to do personal training, the results are outstanding and the trainers are great. Everyone works with you and helps out as much as possible. Also having child care is such a blessing. Its comforting knowing Im leaving my baby with people who are certified to take care of her so I can get a good work out in. Plus the facility is really clean so I feel better about using the locker/bathrooms and showers. This gym has all kinds of equipment and accessories. Plus they provide towels which is very convienent. Would absolutely reccomend this gym!!!

I have been a member of this gym for 9 months now. I am happy with it so far. I have not seen a problem with dirty facilities, it is always clean since I have been going. The staff is friendly, the day care is friendly, I never feel uncomfortable leaving my one year old there. We are also military and I was told if we got orders to PCS that I would be able to get out of my contract with no penalties. That will probably happen next summer. I will update this review with that experience then, but so far, I am happy with Kinetix. I have the 29.99/mo. membership and I also see a PT once a week with a year long contract for that.

Hands down, best fitness facility in the area. They offer so many fun classes, personal training and even small group training. They have so much space and equipment that you never have to wait around to use the machines or weights. They have Les Mills classes which are top notch. The training that the instructors get from those programs are truly a level above the rest and you can tell that the instructors are super passionate about what they do. The staff is super friendly and get to know you by name. Id give more stars if I could! Come by and get a free pass before you decide! You wont be disappointed.

I have been a member with Kinetix for almost 2 years, and with the help of the best personal trainer I have ever encountered, Elsy (ask for her if you go in, you wont be disappointed!!!), I was able to not only lose the extra weight Id been carrying, but find a passion for exercising. The gym is clean, and fairly well maintained (every gym has some equipment that needs maintenance). The staff is friendly and professional. It is busier at night than the morning. The child care is A+++. The classes are well run and worth the time. The monthly price tag is totally reasonable.

I would give this gym five stars because I love their workout classes but due to recent issues Im giving them two stars. When it comes to doing business they are sooooo unorganized and that is a big downfall. I tried to cancel my membership a month ago and the information I received to do so was WRONG. I kept going back and forth with Kinetics and Paramount Acceptance. So as usual my account was charged again and now I have to make payments for an additional month because their staff members have the wrong information. Update your information. Im so pissed!!!
