Love Love Love BFree Yoga!! So many talented teachers and an awesome community of students. The space is warm, inviting, vibrant, and uplifting just like Shelby (Bfree owner). One thing that I love about Bfree is the amazing mix of people. Each class is a new experience -- I love the creative Vinyasa Flow sequences and high level of instruction and assists coming from the talented staff. There is also a great mix of classes (flow, hot, yin, Anusara-inspired), as well as numerous classes to choose from throughout the day and night so that you can always BSure to get your asana on!!! Classes at BFree are fiery and challenging but also full of lighthearted spirituality and enormous heart. I also love the diverse mix of people who come here -- men and women of all ages -- and youre always sure to see familiar faces. This place makes me happy and keeps me beautifully fit inside and out. When I first went to get information about the classes I was surprised to be treated so rudely. The two women at the front were sizing me up, and not very helpful at all. It made me feel very uneasy. After that experience, it left a bad taste in my mouth about actually taking a class there. Fortunately for them, I dont let petty people get in the way of what I want. I went back in late afternoon of 1/31 to sign up for the BNew class the next morning and was pleasantly greeted and treated very well by the woman at the front desk. The class the next morning was FANTASTIC. The physical exercise was challenging, but easy enough to follow. The teacher was very helpful, explained everything as she went (which was great because I was the only new person to the class that day). I felt very taken care of, and am excited to continue my yoga journey at this establishment.

I enjoy the freedom of their classes which create new challenges since we never know where we are going or how we are going to get there until we do. As a long time yogini, I find the teachers knowledgeable and open. They are helpful to beginners and work to give modifications so anyone feels safe to play no matter what level they are at on their journey. I encourage my staff and anyone I know to try BFree. They have several different class types so there should be an option to fit a persons preference for style and class length.

Just completed the 10 days for $20 and I am hooked! Great teachers, really nice folks in class and I am learning a lot. Favorite class so far was BNEW with Janice. She gave awesome cues and I actually felt when I slowed things down they were even more challenging. I highly recommend checking it out - and for $20 you cant go wrong!

Love Kate Van Dyke, Lena Coleman and of course Shelby Autrey for a great flow. When I can I also love yin yoga with Iva and enjoyed David Overholts class. Great teachers, studio and vibe-good yogi diversity and clean, mindful, relaxing space . The 615am hour classes are money for working mom life.

Not a huge yoga junkie but absolutely love BFree! They give hard classes that often have more interesting flow sequences so it feels more like a dance. They are super nice and remember you even if you havent been in a while. Out of all the yoga places in Austin, BFree is by far the best!

A very welcoming, warm studio! Ive had life changing shifts at this yoga studio! I wish I was more proficient in yoga and I could tell you what they are doing. But they are doing something different than anyone else! Just signed up for a 6 week intensive. And cant wait for each class!

Everyone here is amazing. The teachers care about helping you grow and heal. I have been going here for a couple years and have been treated with nothing but love, kindness and respect every time I show up. These people have no idea how much theyve helped me in my life.

My very first time doing yoga in my life. As soon as I walked in, the people at the desk were very kind and helped get me started right away. The instructor was nice and helpful. Overall, a pleasant atmosphere and I cant wait to go back again!

BEST YOGA STUDIO EVER. I transitioned from a Bikram Studio to Bfree, and I am completely in love with everything that Bfree has to offer. It is a truly rewarding experience every single time you attend.
