I love fitness 1! The equipment is up to date and the staff is so friendly. They are always willing to answer any question I have and are there during most of the day. I love the fact that they offer so many classes daily and at a variety of times so I can choose which one works for my schedule. The fact that you can watch your own personal T.V. while working out on the treadmill is great and I can hit the sauna after a good workout. They offer great equipment, tanning, and even have a rock climbing wall in the facility. The gym is huge so the equipment I want is almost always available. I love the fact that they have a womens only workout area so I always feel comfortable. I would recommend this gym to anyone!

This place is great! For me, it happens to be a short drive, but regardless, its worth it! The staff is super friendly and interact with members all the time! They keep the place in great shape! The equipment is clean, the bathrooms are spotless, the machines are always kept working and if one goes down, parts are ordered quick! The saunas are great, always hot! When youre done, you can hop right into the clean, convenient showers, too! If you forget your protein at home, or need a drink to pick you up mid workout, they have you covered! They have a ton of great shakes and smoothies that wont kill your workout results. All in all, a great place! Clean, courteous and convenient!

I absolutely love this place. Its not too big and not too small. Everyone is super friendly and they have awesome zumba and hiphop instructors. The atmosphere in group class is great and I have so much fun there that it doesnt even feel like Im working out, even though I leave there drenched in sweat. The group exercise room can feel a tad small when theres a lot of people in class but really it just adds to the atmosphere, like youre at a big dance party :) I do so wish they had child care but maybe that would change the vibe of the place and its great just like it is. Now go try a zumba class with Amanda or Shayda, you wont regret it!

I have only been a member for a short while, but I have had a fantastic experience! The classes are great, the staff is very friendly and it is incredibly clean. I really enjoy the privacy of the "Womens Only" area, and my husband loves the Bodybuilding side. It fits both of our fitness levels perfectly. We have been to several other gyms and usually encounter not enough weights/too much cardio equipment/ or bodybuilding only style. This gym has plenty of both! Large Bathrooms, nice showers, and just great all around. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for any level of workout. .

Excellent gym! The classes are small to moderately sized so you can get some personal attention. each of the machines has its own TV so you can watch any station you want, and you listen to them on earphones which keeps you in your own zone. Very clean, I see gym staff cleaning everyday, and they have tons of cleansing wipes near all the machines. Very friendly and courteous staff, and as a member you get 24 hour access. I have been very pleased wit h Fitness One Norman!

Fitness One is a great gym. I have been a member for almost a year and have no complaints. The staff is always courteous and friendly. Once they lost power (not their fault) and they gave everyone there a coupon for a free shake. It is also clean. My wife enjoys the classes (especially Zumba) they have. I like their exercise equipment and treadmills. I also like that it is open 24 hours, sometimes I get off work late and I still have time for a workout.

Fitness One is an Excellent Gym. The Staff is always super friendly and greets me every time I come in. They do an excellent job of keeping the place clean as well. The gym offers a wide variety of equipment and classes. This makes it nice because my husband can lift weights and exercise on the treadmill while I go to the various group classes. I love the group classes. Zumba and Hip Hop are a must. The instructors are awesome and the classes are so much fun!

The place is really nice. Has good size, friendly staff, always clean. Some things that could improve, you have to look around for certain free weights. They need to add more 2.5, 5, 10 weights. This also first gym Ive been to that doesnt have 35 lb weights. The music they play is really terrible so bringing some headphones is a must. I would still recommend this gym to friends. A lot of room, great sauna. Beware of Crossfitters..

Depending on what you want, this place can be perfect. I like going early in the morning before people wake up and get ready for work. Everything is open no meat heads checking themselves out in the mirrors etc. If youre going to the gym just to be seen at the gym, there is a large crowd right after work. Itll probably be perfect for you.

Just joined at the recommendation of a friend. So far, Im very impressed. The facility is very clean. The equipment is brand new. Great selection... both traditional and very modern. The staff is super friendly. The prices are very reasonable, and I even got a free t-shirt. :) I cant wait to take my first spin class!!!!

Arguably the best gym in Norman. Good variety of equipment to appeal to all levels of fitness, and its 24x7 so you can work out on your schedule. The facility is kept clean, and most people seem to be good about wiping down their stations after use. Pricing is comparable to all but the discount gyms.

This is by far the best gym around. They keep it clean, and the people who work there are very nice. If something is broken, they fix it in a reasonable amount of time. As with every business, there are a few points where they could do better, but its not worth picking apart.

Easily the best gym in Norman by far. Superb customer service, friendly staff, amiable atmosphere, and excellent variety of equipment (including two Olympic Platforms). The club offers 24 hour access, doesnt do contracts, and will work with any budget.

Its a true 24/7 gym, they have wifi and cable tv on screens directly on the machines. It helps to forget your walking or on the stair master when your watching your favorite shows!
