Jaia Yoga is not only a yoga studio it is a sanctuary from the outside world for me. I have been going for several years and have received so much love and healing from Jaia and its teachers. Thank you Jaia Yoga- without you moving back from Los Angeles wouldve been a less peaceful transition. I have also grown in my yoga practice through the consistent teaching and guidance of the dedicated teachers. I find this studio to be kind, clean, consistent, well organized, healing, fun, authentic, and safe.

Even though the space is beautiful, I wish they offered more non-heated classes. With how hot and humid it gets here in Oklahoma I dont enjoy the heated classes like I did when I lived in a much colder climate. I dont mind attending a hot class once or even twice a week but since there are so few non-heated classes I stopped going to this studio.

Jaia is a comfortable, inviting, loving space to enhance my practice. The instructors are exceedingly knowledgeable about the body and are able to translate this in such an accessible manner. I leave centered, focused, and full of love.
