JP (stated he was the owner) does not handle issues properly and is very confrontational. I approached the front desk lady with a question I had and before I could ask the question I was interrupted by JP yelling from about 15 feet away "Whats your issue?", now that we have everyones attention in the gym from JP yelling, I then walked over to JP and asked him why one of the trainers said not to use the equipment that has probably 20 different workout options. His response was they get to use it and it is posted to stay off of it and if you dont like it "cancel your membership". At one point he got so close to me I had to take a step back. He tried to use his size to intimidate, otherwise why get that close to me? I cancelled because of that and also most days I came in I had to move from one treadmill to another because of it malfunctioning. I understand why they charge less than the big gyms and its not because of their size. It is because they look at their customer base as disposable since they are able to acquire new customers at the same rate or higher than the amount of customers that cancel. One day the number of customers leaving will exceed the amount signing up and then he will look at how to treat his customers but by then it may be too late. I hope people dont go through the embarrassment I had to go through at this gym and pick a gym that cares about retaining their customers.

Love this place! Me and my wife joined up a little over a month ago and have had nothing but positive experience. The day we came in for a tour, we signed up and were working out within the hour. Our tour was with the owner and he got up and gladly walked us through the gym showing us all areas and machines. We were going to check with other gyms in the area, but with experiences at Fitness 2000 and LA Fitness, we felt confident in our choice. The owner is super nice, and he makes it clear that he wants your business. The rest of the staff we are slowly becoming acquainted with and are all very friendly and helpful. The girls in the kids club are awesome and seem to really like chikdren. My kids can for sure be a handful sometimes, I always see them holding our little one trying to comfort or play with her when unhappy. Believe me, this means the world to a parent trying to get spare time to work out. The machines are clean, the gym it self is clean and kept up. Everyone has different experiences, we have had a great one. I highly recommend this gym, and kinda judge you if your review doesnt endorse them. Unless you are "that kind of person," I dont see how a bad experience is possible unless it was something you did!

I have been a member since 2014 and could not be happier with my decision to join. They have high quality equipment, amazing group classes (strength, cardio, mind/body, etc). They are family owned, which is nice and gives you a break from the big box corporate gym. For those who disagree with the hours...again...it is family owned, and the hours are more than fair. No matter what your fitness level, there is something here for everyone. The "FitFam" i have acquired here is priceless and I have not found connections like this at any other gym. The support is unreal. Price wise, I havent found a better deal. The value and quality cannot be beat, and NO CONTRACT. Just thirty day notice of cancellation in person or by letter. Its all really easy and enjoyable. Love this place.

I was looking for another gym to be a member of that is closer to home. I was not sure if this was a gym that has staff/employees on duty or if this was a gym similar to other 24 hour gyms that usually do not have any employees around full time. With that said, I decided to call and see if there was any staff/employees at the gym to see about touring this facility and I was told by the guy on the phone "what the hell of a question was that bro". As I proceeded to explain to him that not all gyms have employees on duty I was then interrupted and advised to go up to the gym, Line was disconnected. I am very displeased with the customer service at this gym and will be taking my money elsewhere.

The owner is demeaning and difficult to work with. The guy with the goatee/beard generally has an attitude noted by a snarky tone of voice when asked specific questions about gym policy. I tried to cancel by mail as he instructed, but the company continued to bill my bank account. Response to the owner: Not true. When you spoke to me on the phone you forgot to include the fine print that there is a thirty day waiting period to cancel. Therefore, even when I decided to stop patronizing your gym, I was still locked in to pay another unwanted months fee. Total disappointment and completely lacking in customer service by the owner.

Im standing here on a Sunday morning at 8:15, and waiting for someone to get here to open the doors. The hours listed on the door say that the gym is supposed to be open at 8. This is not the first time that Ive had to wait on am employee to get here. In my opinion, thats disrespectful of your customers time. There were at least 5 others waiting to get in as well. When the employee finally showed up, he was unapologetic. In fact, he said pretty much didnt say anything. No "Good Morning," no "Im sorry." Nothing at all. The gym is nice, clean, and well equipped. However, bad customer service tends to over shadow these qualities.

Odd that the profiles for the two negative posts haave nothing on them, only these negative posts. Like a previous post, this supplements my lifetime membership at 24Hour Fitness because this gym is always clean, the equipment works and the staff is very informative and friendly. I have a choice to pay more and I have and Fitness Now is the place I chose. Everything is posted accordingly and I have only ever seen one treadmill down for one day. Everything else works. Come here if you want personal service and a personal atmosphere.

DONT DO IT! One of the things I liked about this place when signing up was the "no hassle cancelation." I was told I just had to give SOME KIND of 30 day notice. Which is what I did- I emailed my 30 cancelation notice on May 3rd to the email address listed on the website (May 6th shouldve been my last deduction). Nope! Got another deduction today! I call up there and low and behold there is more BS with the cancellation process. Did I get a response back to my email at all? Nope- sure didnt. Customer service at its finest!!!

Been here since the first month they opened. Decent equipment. Very clean gym and locker area. Staff is always great and helpful. Theyre always improving the gym area with more equipment. Absolutely still 5 stars but I would love to see the gym expand! They do need more room. I really want to see a trap shrug machine, closes too early Fri through sun and the kids club should have better hours and be cheaper. Minor complains, but awesome place overall!
