On my day with my brother, I went to this gym with his membership as a guest. When I came in, a worker greeted me after I signed in and asked to hold on to my drivers license. I said sure, since I figured it was a policy for guests. After staying for 30 minutes (too crowded and hot, not a sanitizing bottle spray to be found), we were leaving when we realized we couldnt find the worker to hand me back my license. After looking around for a couple minutes, we left figuring we could come back to get it. Coming back, we see the same guy and ask for my license back. He said, "Im not sure whoever took your ID but we cant find it anywhere." Excuse me? "You took my ID", I said. He didnt even acknowledge this since he said, "I know, I cant find it anywhere. Im sorry." And after I asked some questions pushing this, wondering how the hell they could lose someones ID so fast, he told me it was not 24 Hour Fitnesss policy about licenses and Id just have to go purchase a new one. Luckily for him, the manager was able to give me my ID back, saying that it was in the safe. Im trying to let it go, telling myself that the guy is new. But if he wasnt, someone should throw an employee handbook to his face before he gets reported to headquarters.

I wish I had more positive things to say about this gym, but sadly I do not, lets start off with the fact that this gym is freaking dirty I have never seen anybody wipe down the machines, well the few machines that are actually usable seems like theyre always broken or missing the weigh stack pin so I have to go an steal one from another machine so I can workout. the staff is also very rude and uncaring to them youre just another dollar in their pocket. I became a member and regretted it the day after because they kept calling me asking if I would like to join even though I was already a member and Im talking about multiple calls and voicemails for days and dont think about asking the staff for any help they are clueless as to anything you have questions to theyll just make you feel like the stupid ones because they dont understand the question and if you put anybody down a reference they will hunt them down and spam them with calls so save your friends and family and go somewhere else like fitness 2000 or LA fitness

This place is stupid! Why?? Well when my brother and I went inviting my cousin; he had gotten a free 3 day guest pass that clearly says "Valid At All Clubs". The workers there tried to make him pay 20$ just to workout when he has a free day guest pass so I stepped in there conversation and said No this is stupid well go to the one is lake worth or off Horne instead. I know they get paid commission but idgaf! My friend works at a 24 and hell get commission before I let anyone go to a random person. Plus there equipment is gross, steam room smells, pool is small and dirty. Above all I highly suggest going to the one off Horne St or Lake Worth! Respectful staff, clean environment, they actually treat you like family not just a customer. If you want a membership let me know, I can give you a huge discount by my friend of course. If I get disrespected there "if" I ever choose to go there again, lets just say my username says it all and there system isnt fully secured ;)

Easily the smallest franchise gym in the area. There are smaller independent gyms in Ft. Worth, but theyre not as cramped. 24 hour fitness in NRH has the rudest staff of any 24 hour Ive visited in DFW. There are only 2 sanitation stations (paper towels and sanitizer bottles). Ive never seen both stocked. The staff will walk up and change the channel on TVs youre watching on cardio equipment without even considering to ask if youre watching it (yes seriously). If you really want to work out, try any of the other locations or if youre not tied to a contract, try the Life Fitness or Fitness 2000 gyms in the area. Maybe hiring morons is limited to this location only. But the fact that 3 staff on site cant keep up with stocking paper towels is pathetic. Because of this location, Im canceling my membership at the end of the year.

This Gym is like working out in a dungeon. Equipment is poorly located, lighting is bad, the equipment is not working right, and air circulation is stale. You have to watch going into the mens locker room because the squat racks are right in front of the entry. How disturbing to work out legs there while people are walking around you. The staff is not friendly at all. I have been a member of 24 since it opened years ago and moved recently to this area. This gym is an embarrassment compared to other gyms in the area and other 24 clubs. Guess What? I am looking for a better place to work out. This is a depressing place to work out....Sorry 24! This club needs some major work!

Not all 24 hour locations are bad, but this one is horrible. The equipment is usually broken and despite being a "24 hour" gym, you might show up to find it closed with a hand-written sign saying it will be open in X-number of hours. Members seem to have no etiquette and sweat all over the machines and just walk off. This would be okay if the gym had cleaning supplies available, but theyre always empty. Just avoid this location at all costs. Most of the 24 hour fitnesses in DFW that are west of Arlington seem to be dirty. Likely the franchise owners fault. Check out other 24 hour locations or LA Fitness.

I told the Membership Manager Eric I wanted a membership I could cancel at any time, without further financial obligation and he signed me up for one with a 12 month obligation, that I could not get out of. When I called to cancel it they didnt care, they just told me that 24 Hour Fitness would collect on it. When I spoke to the location Manager Kelly, she insulted me be telling me my problem was that I didnt listen very well. She also refused to put me in touch with her superior. I had to use google to find out the the District Manager is Greg Ivy and was forced to contact him via facebook.

Ive never really had a problem with this gym. Untill today, I loaded up my kids and got to the gym around 7, to which they informed me that they couldnt accept my kids due to not enough staff, which is understandable. But its aggitating because its obviously their peak hours, and i pay for my membership, along with paying for my kids to go, so to tell me to wait up to a possible hour untill staff returns from lunch (which kids club would be closing) is obsurd!! They could have handled it alot better than they did. Wont be returning to this club.

I am a satisfied customer. It seems to have all I need. I like the local manager and think she is doing a great job. The equipment I use is well maintained. There is a lot of equipment I do not use but I see others using. It must be ok. Even have a kids room. One time I thought I had lost a phone there. They went all out trying to help me find it. That made the difference. There is plenty of equipment, a nice pool, a wet sauna, a steam sauna and a dry sauna. The dressing room is fine, at least for the side I know, the mens room.
