i waked into Planet a Fitness like i do everyday at 3:30 pm and i have noticed the water fountains have low water pressure and the water is a bit warm, no big deal. i finished my work out at 6:30 pm and went to take a shower like i do everyday and there were no towels so i called the front desk and told them and they said they have no towels up there either so that was strange anyways i used paper towels instead. then the next day i wakes in with a gallon of water and my own towel and immediately the lunk alarm went off and the guy at the counter said "were watching you bro" and i just shot him a confused look. on that day it was leg and arms day so i started off with the dumbbells and i grabbed two 65 pounds weights and the lunk alarm went off again and the guy said on the loud speaker "65? is that all you got?" and walked up to the front desk to tell him to knock it off and he said " shut up boy get the hell back to your weak workout" so i challenged him to dead lifts and military press and he accepted so i left him start off on the bench press and he put one 45 on each side (135lbs) and i could tell he was struggling with that little amount of weight so it was my turn and i put three 45s on each side (315lbs) and i did my three sets of 8 in about 4 minutes and right when i finished the lunk alarm went off for like 2 straight minutes. and its like an air raid siren and its loud and annoying. then the dead lifts were next and i dead lifted 450lbs and the guy at the front desk told me "get the hell out and never come back" and i was appalled. i was speechless. i went up to the front desk and asked why and they said they called security on me because i was using too much weight and he cancelled my account without my permission and he gave me 3 minutes to run to the locker room and get my stuff out. horrible service absolutely horrible highly do not recommend

Its a horrible place. First you cant get out of your car without someone coming up to you and asking you for money. I dont feel safe at all going there at night to work out second you have to wait to use the equipment. Third they are charging me double of what Im supposed to be billed. The customer service sucks you tried to talk to then over the phone and they get attitude and are very rood. I tried to cancel my membership and they wont do it over the phone and they have no where on line to take care of it. So if I dont want to go in I have to pay my bank 30 dollars to stop all transactions. Anyone who signed up for a membership beware and watch your account.

Inexpensive comparatively speaking, Access to Hydro massage, Tanning, Massage chairs, Wifi, Nice comfy T.v. area, 30 minute circuit, 12 minute Abs, Personal training, self paced equipment for weights and cardio, Discounted drinks and other items 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. People complaining about cancelation fee obviously did not read the agreement they signed it is very concise and clear. Great place to strengthen up and get healthy.

How dare you require people to mail you a certified letter to cancel a membership for which there is no contract? If Im month-to-month and I dont want to pay anymore than thats all there is to it. Theres no need to notify you of anything further because WE DO NOT HAVE A CONTRACT THAT STATES THAT IM REQUIRED TO! If my contract is expired I owe you nothing.

The gym is great but it should be a rule that people cant sit on machines while on their phones. I went on my leg day and the two machines I prefer to use are ALWAYS occupied. Plus, the people on them were just sitting on the phones not even using the machines. PLEASE GET MORE LEG LIFT AND LEG PRESS MACHINES!!!!

My first impression was a clean gym, lots of equipment, and staff members willing to explain how their billing, with NO contract works.I met the trainer as scheduled as he took me through the machines, explaining how they work. At the end of ny visit, there are plenty of lockeed.ll ppl

PLEASE UPDATE THE PLAYLIST!! These songs are obnoxious to workout to; its either slow or loud instrumental music. Would love to workout to upbeat songs otherwise I feel sluggish during my workout. And the water filters have needed changing for over 2 weeks now

What more do you want for $10? Clean restrooms, clean machines and lobby, never wait for benches or machines. Anyone who complains about this gym isnt going to like anything. The staff is nice and always has the answers, so talk to them if you have an issue.

Liars, deceivers, and self-admitting thieves. I spoke with an assistant GM today who admitted theyll try to get our money even if its not owed. I will NEVER use PF again. They owe me money and I hope they return the money that they were never owed.

Great Gym, would be 5 stars but neighborhood isnt that great, sometimes have hobos asking for money in parking lot, issue needs to be addressed, but other than that gym is nice and clean inside, machines are all in great condition

For 10 dollar month it is the best but unfortunately it is not my place. Trainer for one time when joined but no accessible any more during membership period. None fallow-up at all. I am a little disappointed.

Great facility, always clean and well managed. Courteous staff and lots of equipment to choose from. You almost never have to wait in line to use a machine except maybe the massage tables.

Dont sign up at Planet Fitness anywhere, if you ever need to cancel for any reason they charge you a huge fee. Will never sign up for any planet fitness again.
