This is the place where I discovered so much potential for myself. I had an awesome trainer named Zach who worked there at the time. He taught me a lot. I then began hitting my goals every time I came and did some challenges they had there. Its a great small environment Gym to get you wanting to go more and more and not feel rushed or awkward.

Great place to workout. 24-hours a day. Awesome staff that is knowledgable and helpful. The trainer (April) is great at setting goals for you and helping you "push through." And it is never too crowded - so you never really have to wait for a machine. The place is clean and the equipment is always in working order. I cannot recommend it enough.
