I absolutely love this place. Ive worked out for the U.S Army, Strouds,Extreme Grappling and a few other HARDCORE gyms in my lifetime. And I have to say this place is a world apart. Its a challenge if you are dedicated to pushing yourself and they will absolutely do that, however they are safe about it and always seem to accommodate all fitness levels during training so if your gassing out or having a hard time keeping up, no biggie. Ive trained with Evan and Kash and they are very humble friendly guys with no attitudes or issues that Ive encountered elsewhere. Johnny Bedford is always around and pretty cool guy. Katie is awesome as well and will get you hooked up if your looking to make some changes in your life. The facility is big,clean and plenty of motivation just walking around. Crossfitters have a place there as well as a ring with plenty of matt space to roll. F3 has a rep for authentic fight training from legit fighters and you dont get that from some B.S. PR. With that being said, dont let it intimidate you. The whole place is full of awesome people from trainers to trainees and Im not a review kind of guy, but I have gone out of my to promote this place since I found it because I believe in it and I want to share what Ive forund. Give it a shot if your on the fence. The first one is free and I promise if your serious about conditioning and training, youll be back.

A true Gem. If you can train here I highly recommend. I have been involved in martial arts for 20+ years and F3 is as good as it gets. The fact that you are training with professional fighters would be like learning football from NFL coaches and players, but you are paying similar if not better than most martial art schools in the area. The Jiu Jitsu instructor is a gold medalist in the Pan American games and of course Johnny is an active competitor in the UFC. I could go on about the other professional fighters that teach there, but Im sure you get how I feel about this very special place. Very kid friendly and extremely versatile martial art style. Great place to learn at every skill level.

The Coaches at F3 are Awesome! I enrolled my 6yr old daughter in the jiu jitsu program and I am ecstatic at how well Coach Evans and Bedford work with the kids and the different skill levels while communicating the techniques and demonstrating them so they understand. She is doing awesome in school, conduct, manners, and building her confidence. Great rates and facility. Wow!

Instructors are absolutely fabulous. Purchased a large number of personal training sessions from Johnny Bedford. 250+ Hours. Bedford quickly became apathetic after around 150 sessions left. Cancelling appointments at the last minute multiple times per week. Currently attempting to get a refund for non utilized hours however Bedford will not return calls nor texts.

Great gym and the instructors are really good at adapting their training style to best work with whatever skill level might be in the class at the time. That way you can get a productive training session regardless if you are on your first day or are a pro level competitor.

Instructors are fantastic! This is NOT your typical aerobic kickboxing crap that you get at the big corporate gyms. If you want a real workout, learn how to fight, and dont mind sweating your butt off (literally), F3 is where you need to be.

The instructors are legit fighters, and nice guys. They do a great job balancing needs of the pros and the newbies, like myself. There are plenty of gyms closer to home, but Ill keep going to F3.

An awesome workout! I really like knowing that Im taking classes in boxing and kick-boxing from experts rather just some random gym trainer. My kids also take jiu jitsu at F3 and love it.
