IF YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A GREAT GYM TO TRAIN AT LOOK NO FURTHER. Since joining Peak Performance my sons and I have enjoyed learning BJJ, Muay Thai and fitness kickboxing, from some of the best instructor around. Going to the gym has now become a family tradition and something my family and I look forward to doing every day. Paul and all of the coaches at the Peak facility make it enjoyable to learn and train. It was super easy to start out as a beginner without any prior experience with the great coaches at Peak. I love the kids program at Peak. Along with the great training my sons are learning, Peak is also instilling in them a set of life skills. Ever since my sons and I have started the program, I have seen our confidence grow in our daily lives. Since joining Peak Performance I have seen my energy level sky rocket and the pounds of fat melt away. They have a great cardio program and keep it interesting by mixing it up with challenges to push you to your full potential. Peak is no longer just a gym to us but a second home we go to train with our new friends

Peak Performance is one of the best places to train in the DFW metroplex. They offer numerous classes day or night, that can accommodate just about any schedule. The classes are taught by instructors who are knowledgeable, experienced and have your best interest and safety in mind. The environment is a good healthy one, there are no egos from instructors OR students. Higher belt students who are not instructors take the time to help you out. It is a good healthy fun environment, where everyone is welcomed and we are all family. While Peak has a decorated competition team, there is no pressure or requirement for you to compete. On a personal note, I trained at Peak after recovering from surgery and being out of training for over a year. I utilized the services of their private trainers and loss 40 pounds and got in the best shape of my life. My jiu-jitsu has improved as well as my striking from taking the Muay Thai classes. If you put forth the effort, they will bring the best out of you! - Clarence S.

The coaches at Peak are amazing with children!!! We had been looking for a school for our 6 year old boy at the time and fell in love with the Coaches and the program at Peak Performance, so much, that our other three boys joined (yes we have 4 boys ;). Their character development program not only values their commitment to Jiu-Jitsu but who they are as a person challenging them in humility, determination, positive thinking, self-respect and more! My husband followed soon after the boys and joined the adult program losing like over 30 lbs. I personally have dabbled in the beg. MMA classes, womens self-defense and have totally enjoyed the variety of boot camp classes and times. Definitely a gym that has something for the WHOLE family. Five Stars all the way!

I cant say enough good things about Peak. Probably the most significant aspect of any martial arts gym is the atmosphere. Coach Paul, Grant, and others have created an inclusive environment in which people can really grow in their practice. Like any good teacher, they are always moving around the class making adjustments, offering guidance, and ensuring proper technique. The fact that even the more advanced students are open and willing to help beginners and newcomers is indicative of the mindset Peak has developed. Ive been going to their Muay Thai classes for a little over a month now and not once have I felt awkwardly out-of-place or uncomfortable. Most definitely recommended. You wont be disappointed.

This is an incredible MMA school. When I joined I was an out of shape 225lbs. For me fitness was my number one goal and now I am down to 200lbs and feel great. The coaches here are knowledgable, humble, skilled and will push you to reach your goals. Not only have I lost the weight I wanted but I have gained a tremendous amount of confidence in my ability to defend myself. I can not say enough good things about Peak Performance and their coaches. If you are a beginner or an expert they have all levels here. You will see those who have never trained any martial art here and also world champions. It is the best choice in the DFW area in my opinion

I sent my five year old son to Peak Performance for Martial Arts because he really had a hard time focusing and listening to directions. I was hoping it would give him some discipline with the added benefit of learning some self defense. Some of my friends have kids who go here so it was an easy decision. Ive been very impressed with the results. Not only does my son love it but hes learning behaviors and skills that carry through to his daily life and Im loving the change. This has been a very positive thing for him and I hope to have him continue on through his teenage years.

Peak Performance is a fantastic place. Full of great people, great staff, and great classes. Ive been consistently going to Peak for about 2 years. Theres dozens of different classes depending on what you prefer. MMA for all skill levels, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and just plain fitness. There are children classes to start your kids early, and to improve their confidence and teach them important life skills such as, self-respect, humility, initiative, and many more. There are also teenage classes along with adult classes. Very great place, and I highly recommend it.

I have trained at Peak Performance since 2006, and I cannot say enough positive things about this place. The owner is one of the best people Ive ever known, and Im thrilled that my teenage daughter trains with us there now too. They have something for everyone, and can meet whatever objective you have in mind. The coaching staff has wide range of practical martial arts backgrounds, and there is plenty of room to move. So, no matter if youre there for discipline, fitness, self-defense or community, I believe that you will find the experience as fulfilling as I have.

I started training at Peak Performance three months ago, and I love it! Im 38 years old and this is my first time training in any martial arts. I was pretty nervous before my first BJJ class, but for no reason. The coaches and other teammates made me feel welcome and were very encouraging from the moment I stepped on the mat. Now my eight year old son takes classes there and loves it. I am signing up my six year old daughter this week. Its a great place. The training is awesome. The workouts are fantastic. Paul Halme makes everyone feel part of the team.

This place has become the provider of my exercise, my hobby, and my mental health all rolled into one. I have been training at Peak for a little over three months and Im in the best shape Ive been in since before my daughter was born six years ago. Ive lost 15 pounds so far (down to 193 from 208) and have been eating healthier as a result (as opposed to the other way around). The team and students at Peak are all great people and its a very positive environment. I can see myself training there for years to come. So glad I found it!
