Literally the worst customer treatment I have ever received from any business. Anywhere. Walked in with a 2 week free trial, and the manager - Dale - asks for 30 dollars CASH. Says theres a security key access fee. First of all, the emails and advertisements Anytime Fitness sends out say "Free, no obligation trial". I definitely was OBLIGATED to pay 30 dollars to use their services with no guarantee of refund, as the transaction would have been completely under the table. Second, Dale treats me like some hobo saying "people do this all the time" with some smirk on his face. I call that not trusting the customer, or even giving me a chance to say I would like to use his facility after the trial. He immediately assumed I would use the gym for two weeks and hop over to the nearest Lifetime (which I am considering doing now that this place has shown itself to be a profit-mongering cesspool). Bottom line, if you want convenience, go to a 24 hour. If you want good service, go to Lifetime. If you want to get treated like trash, go to ANYTIME. This is the first time Ive had to negatively review an establishment. I hope it will be the last.

Ive been a member at this location for about 2 years and work out there on an almost daily basis. I also talk to the owner (Dale) quite frequently and have nothing but good things to say about his gym and him. He is a stand-up, friendly guy and is very concerned with keeping his customers happy. The first two Google reviews on here are, through the lens of my own experience, absolute and utter nonsense. The gym is clean, well-equipped, newly renovated, convenient and Dale is on-site most of the time and very responsive to customer needs. I have previously been a member of numerous gyms in this area, but I like the low-key, convenient and relaxed atmosphere at AF-Colleyville, which is why I stay. Great place to work out and great guy running it as well.

Is this a front for a money laundering operation? Ive tried emailing and calling to get a membership and ask about prices and no response. Whatever.... new places are opening soon right around the corner.

The equipment is in good shape, there is hardly ever a crowd, and the owner is a very friendly guy. Its not the most full-featured gym out there, but its priced very affordably.

Dales Anytime Fitness is one of the best in the area...and I dont think you will find any better equipment at a small gym. I highly recommend working out here.
