Ive been a member at this location for almost two years. I actually live closer to the other two Wichita locations but always preferred this one because of its cleanliness and it was never very busy. I should have canceled my membership or switched locations a long time ago when they had extremely rude staff members but I didnt. The only friendly one was Jeremiah and I dont believe he works there any more. Last month I had a new debit card with new numbers and forgot to give PF my new info so I had a late charge which I was completely fine with. I went in and gave the girl my new card. She said she paid the outstanding balance and got my new card info. Several weeks later I got a call stating I still had an outstanding balance so I called and asked why. The guy I talked to on the phone was super nice and told me Id have to unfortunately come in again to pay that fee but he would wave the late fee so Id only have to pay the 20 something dollars. I went tonight to pay my balance so I could work out and I was told I would have to come in when there was a manager present in order to get my late fee waived. They acted like they did not give a crap that this was the SECOND pointless drive I had made there to pay my account off. So now I have to drive there a THIRD time tmrw to pay this. Horrible customer service and I would never recommend this gym to anyone.

My husband and I moved to KC abruptly and we didnt remember to end contract so we call ed them and they said we need to be there to cancel. I told them Im not living in Wichita anymore and the male on the phone actually said "what do you want me to do about it? You have to come in." I have called multiple times since and they are STILL charging me (we left in January) The manager was very nice but that she wouldnt help us was disrespectful. Plus their machines were losing pieces. I ment to write this review for the E Central location.

well for as little as I use it I still pay 21 dollars a month only cuz I wanted to add tanning. but its so far from my house. there was 3 months I didnt pay and didnt use it. just wish they would work with me I seriously go maybe once or 2x a month.. wish they had a 24 hr tan on the south side.. o and ps. the tanning beds suck.

I love Planet Fitness! True to their word this is a no judgement zone. Staff friendly & helpful. I always encourage people to join Planet Fitness. Most recent friend, an over 60 cyclist joined to stay strong & able to do long bike rides. Like me, he too is pleased with joining.

Just a great experience. Staff has always been great to me. I enjoy going there. Great tanning beds and plenty of cardio machines. And weight to workout with. Cant beat it for the price.

I feel comfortable at the facility I go to. Never have to wait for equipment. It is cleaner than alot of gyms I been to. Some equipment are unbalanced. Other than that I give 5 stars
