For $10 a month its not a bad deal at all. The gym is fairly new, very clean. Ive been a member here for over 2 years now. Its about a 3 minute drive from my house. The staff is always friendly. Its not too crowded like the other gyms in town. They have a womans section that has everything you need for a full upper and lower body section. They have three squat racks. The only thing thats missing is a barbell squat rack. They could use a stair master in the womens area. If you get the $10 membership that does not allow you to go to the other Freedom on SPID. Overall its one of my favorite gyms here in Corpus Christi.

This is a great gym but Im hoping the OWNER opens another location on the south side. The traffic is too much crossing SPID, so I canceled my membership because I dont want to hassle with all that traffic in the intersections of Everhart, Staples, and Roddfield Road. It would accommodate all the people that between SPID and Saratoga it would be nice if they opened a gym on Saratoga, I bet a lot more people would join. I hope the owner reads this.

First visit the bike in womens area seat did not work, went out to main area got on bike pushed weight loss program said program not available found one recumbent bike out of four that the seat did not pop back and forth and the program worked. Also got the hard sell on signing up for personal training that i was not expecting just wanted to learn how to use the equipment and not sign up for personal training.

Decent gym that can accommodate for all muscles. Little over crowded at times, but nothing unbearable. No medicine balls or kettle bells, and very small area to do cardio workouts. Be careful when signing up. I was sold on a non-membership month to month plan, but upon cancelling I was told I was in a contract.

Gym is clean and friendly. Staff has always been helpful. Location is great. I leave 5 minutes away. Would differently recommend Freedom Fitness Alameda.

Quiet, and relaxing as far a gym goes not to mention it lacks all the try hards that slam the weights down and thats a good thing in my opinion.
