After 1.5 years of hesitation and fear about trying out Crossfit, I can now write that Ive attended CrossFit Wichita for 3 years, and I love this community! The coaches/staff are so caring and knowledgeable about each person that walks through the door, and I feel like not only have I grown and pushed myself physically/skill-wise, but its one of the best, stress-relieving parts of my day because of the people. The box is also one of the largest Ive been into with lots of equipment including yokes, sleds, and sandbags for strongman work. If you visit in the early morning, dont hesitate to say hello - I love meeting new crossfitters/bootcampers!

Many years of experience and employees that truly care about you as a person. I missed a couple of weeks and received a text from Belen (Owner) if everything was ok. Pretty awesome that he would take the time to reach out, not something youd get from your local Y or other large chain gym. Coaching is first class and if you havent tried Crossfit.....give it a shot before you condemn. The atmosphere at Crossfit Wichita is supportive, competitive, and motivating! Great group if people!!!

When you go here, you meet the BEST people. Both the trainers and Crossfitters are extremely helpful, kind, and encouraging. I was initially scared to go, and I ended up finding a family within the gym there. I am so happy that I joined.

I have 4 of my grandkids in the classes world of difference on how they look an how they are in the sports they play. Great move to in row them in the classes. All young kids should do this whether their in sports or not
