Wow, what a gym! At first I tried my luck with 24Hour Fitness, but they were too crowded (especially for near the same price) and then I tried another LA Fitness, but the staff was rude. My friend goes to this LA Fitness and told me to try this one. My god, what complete difference! The staff here was eager to get my fitness goals right away. They were not playing around! They gave me helpful tips as well as input on my diet. The member director (I think his name was Chris?) then showed me around and was able to pen-point the machines I would benefit most from and showed me workouts Ive never seen before. By the end of the tour I was exhausted and felt like I was just put through a workout! What a guy! Anyhow, Im not in the best of shape and the gym was not crowded at all. I have 2 little ones, so the kids club was a must! I felt at ease at this location because everyone was so friendly and Ive never experienced anything like this at a gym. If your looking for a very clean gym and professional staff, this is your place! Especially for their price, I was not expecting ALL of this!

I just joined this gym a week ago and Im so glad I did. Its never over crowded, and always feel clean. My husband and I met the manager when we came in for a day pass to see how the gym felt. He showed us around and then told us to get our workout in and we could talk more after, which in my opinion was very smart. It left us feeling like there was no pressure to sign up as soon as we walked in the door, and really made it seem like it wasnt about making money, but about us feeling good and comfortable in a place where I myself usually feel the most uncomfortable. Because of that we signed up the same day instead of just using a 3 days pass and signing up later. If youre looking for a gym, check them out. I dont think youll be disappointed

Its just another LA Fitness - no towels, some working TVs, terrible music playing - just as with all of them. Let this be a review for almost all LA locations: 5 out of 12 TVs are working (for a couple months now), multiple machines have "out of order" on them going on months now, and one of the entry doors has been broken for over a month, and when you ask the staff when it will be better they say things like "thats controlled by the corporate office" or "Ill tell my manager"...then nothing happens. When it gets warm outside again, Im going to be working out at home. Positives at LA: nice staff, racquetball courts, proximity to my house.

I was not using my membership so I went into LA Fitness and froze my account until I decided I wanted to resume it. 3 months pass without any problem until one day I am charged by LA Fitness with the same amount that I used to pay when I used the membership. I call to find out why I was charged and they inform me that their records show that my account was never frozen and I owed hundreds of dollars even though they had not tried to charge me before this. They were completely unwilling to help me in any way.

This was my first time working out at this gym and it will be the last one. Treadmill was not grounded, I kept getting electrocuted every time I touched the front bar. I got out of the pool and found no towels. When I signed up, the paperwork clearly stated "towel service." I didnt bring the towel. I walked to the salesperson and asked for a towel. He was laughing and said: "It was a mistake." To me it looks more like a lie.

Customer service is terrible. Front desk manager is rude. I found razor blades in the pool area several times and dogs are allowed in the pool area. The sound system in the exercise room has been broken for months. The lights and air conditioning in the exercise room are often turned off and they cannot be controlled from the location (so we are told).

Pretty good gym, lots of machines in good condition. Pretty clean compared to some Ive been in. Some good staff. But I think LA fitness should have a phone off to get payed policy. For there employees. Sales people at most of your gyms are lazy. No one working at a gym should be lazy. This is a good location to work out though.

Been a member for 3 years. The current staff as of 4/23/14 is the best Ive experienced. Extremely friendly, helpful, and informative crew. Management is top notch and ensures all is in working order. Trainers are awesome and have helped me tremendously. Sales staff are great as well and always willing to lend a hand.

Ive been a member since last year at this location and plan on sraying here, very nice atmosphere, machines are always working,restrooms and showers always clean, kids club needs more staff but atleast kids get taken care of, i always see someone cleaning so it healps with POM. :D

Machines are kept running. Plenty of equipment. Never really too crowded. Fountain water is ice cold which is surprisingly refreshing. The lack of towel service and is the only thing that I dont like about the place.

Ive been going to this one for over 3 years now. I dont have too much interaction with the staff but when I do they are very friendly. The whole gym and locker rooms are always clean and its never too crowded.

Pretty pushy sales staff, but they have goals to meet so whatever. As far as the actual gym, I never have issues getting to a machine I like. Ive never seen it dirty. Never smells bad. Enjoy it.

This gym is always closed hours earlier compared to other locations I recommend signing up at another location that is if you dont have a membership that allows you to go to any LA Fitness

This gym is generally very clean (much better than other gyms I have been a member of). They also have very well maintained racquetball courts. There is also plenty of equipment available.

The club needs to be updated. Machines are broken or missing parts. Went to another club in League City when I was on vacation. This is how the gyn should look!
