Hello I am a retired certified personal trainer AMPT /SFOA. I have trained at gyms such as Bally’s and LA Fitness….and independently ….So I know just a bit more than average Joe when it comes to a gym... I scouted this area for almost 3 months before I settled on a gym I could say I would train at……Not only are the regulars more than courteous….You never know whom is going to walk through the door….I have seen several shakers and movers come through the door…..and they are very down to earth and don’t act as though they own the place……Its always clean… even during the busy times…….staff Is very at tentative and not pushy……There are several Trainers in and out throughout the day..and will answer your questions….and not try to make a sale unless you ask……..Its rare you find this……and major credit whomever did the interior design………tkelectric75

I came in with a free week try out deal that I had received and the entire process was unprofessional and awkward. The girl who "helped" me did not say much, nor was helpful or showed me the gym. She just activated the deal under my name and that was it. I had no idea where anything in the gym was nor the hours. I asked lots of questions but was treated like my questions were a waste of her precious time and unwarranted, as if I should have already known the answers. The entire process was extremely uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly, personable, and helpful. A very nice guy. The gym is kept clean & the equipment working. The gym has everything you need & much more. I love the training/crossfit area being separate from the main gym. And the classes they provide are great! The location of the gym itself is wonderful, easily accessible & 24 hours a day. Cant beat that!

Very nice, clean gym. It has everything you need to get a good workout and it has 24 hour access! I highly recommend this gym. Gabe and Nando will definitely help to kick your butt into shape. Ive already made so much progress! Thanks guys!! I love that its never overcrowded too!

All Good Fitness is an efficient, well appointed, lightly traveled, and spotless fitness center great to use in the morning before work or during your lunch break. The staff places the needs of the customer first and is exceedingly knowledgeable.

Great atmosphere! Always able to hop on my favorite equipment without a wait. Perfect location downtown. Rooftop yoga on Tuesday/Thursday nights & Saturday mornings has been a fabulous addition to the gyms amenities! Keep up the awesome work!

All Good Fitness is one of the cleanest gyms I have ever worked out at. It wasnt crowded, they offered towels, and for a gym that size it was awesome that they had a sauna. I recommend this gym to anyone who lives or works in the area.

incredible gym I workout pretty often and it had every piece of equipment I needed and all the equipment was in good working order and also the gym was very clean including the bathrooms and showers 5 stars!!!
