The facility provides the equipment you need to stay active but it gets pretty busy during rush hours (after regular work hours when most people go), there are too many people for the available machines during that time frame. The training sessions I paid for worked well for some time but I started getting changes on my personal trainers and I had at least three different ones, and not because I wanted to, after the last trainer left I was not called back to set up the hours I had pending, after a while I finally stopped going and there were not follow up e-mails (In my opinion this is a big company and could set it up electronically) to go back or to set up training sessions. Importantly you may miss the part in the back of the contract where it states that the payments will be automatically renewed after your initial one year contract and that you are supposed to notify in writing to allow a cancellation (30 days in advance according to the contract) and none highlighted that important point when I first visited the place. Once I found out I was still getting charged I was unable to get a reimbursement of the three extra months already charted in spit of my request to get one. In the sake of fairness the manager provided and extension of the service that I unintentionally had payed for (that is better than nothing I think). In summary I am disappointed as I was expecting a better treatment after providing them with a full year of business including several months of personal training. I was expecting at least a friendly electronic reminder regarding their dubious business practice of automatically renewing your payments month to month once the year contract ends or the simple decency to provide a reimbursement for a payment/service not want or pursuied.

This Is the worst place ever they are very unprofessional and they dont take care of their customers. My wife has been trying to cancel ger contract for almost year now she nolonger lives in tx they had requested proof that she was no longer there and she provided that information several times and they still didnt do it. We asked to speak to the manager and their response each time was that he was not there, if you dont want to deal with a hassle dont join the tru-fit in weslaco.

Manager is an absolute degenerate, complained about an issue with the contract after presenting a doctors note which the contract clearly states is legitimate but he decides to charge early anyways. I asked to speak to his District Manager and he wouldnt give me a name, said they were friends so he wasnt gonna "...do anything about it." Had to look up his superiors who never returned my call.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS NEVER SIGN UP WITH THEM, theyve been harassing me for 2 years after I canceled my membership 100% properly, I moved out of town, and brought proof, canceled and cleared everything, they continued to bill me for 2 years and now they want all this money i do not owe them and are threatening to ruin my credit, save yourself the trouble and go to another gym!!

This is terrible on service and cleaning. Then have staff that slam doors . While there cleaning like they hate there job. What depressing place to work out. If it wasnt for the good people that go workout. I would change. Cleaning is a major issue. Mens locker room smells like ass on a daily. Then they have 2 restrooms for whole locker room 2 only . Cheap ass business. .

DO NOT sign up here!!! They will make it impossible for you to cancel your contract, the place is filthy!!! There is always equipment broken, the showers are disgusting, and the staff is rude. They dont always open on time but they are quick to kick you out before closing time. I seriously can not stress how bad it is here!!! Even with the low price it is NOT worth it.

the treadmill the bikes the elevator because I cant use a stairs the hip hop Zumba and the staff is just great ready to answer any questions that you have Weslaco needed this gym Im inviting my friends my daughters people that I know Im recommending that its great is the best Gym in Weslaco tx

Not too busy where you have to wait for machines in the AM. Equipment maintained well for the most part. There are some ripped pads that would be nice if they would be replaced. Over all I get a really good workout there.

This gym is horrible! Staff, (including manager) are very rude and dont care for their members. Ive called plenty of times to complain, and nothing ever seems to be done about the situation. Canceling my membership ASAP!

Acting female "manager" could not handle a little criticism from irate customer , was quick to antagonize and inflate the problem. Very unprofessional, gives the whole gym a bad name.

All the equipment is too close together and the way they have it organized is bad. They have everything two floors and we have to keep going up and down to complete a workout.

Really good place to work out sometimes a little to packed. Really good representatives sold me stuff I dont even use. Overall good and friendly place.

Its ok. Good equipment, good location. The staff are always very melancholy. Most act like theyre miserable. Definitely have had better home gyms.

Lots of equipment. It is clean and has good hours. Keep in mind that the classes are now in the back building.
