What more can I say? This place is freaking amazing. I took my cousin there for her last hooray before she walks down the aisle to her Groom. Minus the slight rudness at front desk at the winery our entire stay on the property was magical. First we did a wine tour! It was very personal and detailed. Then we did the wine tasting. The complimentary cheese and meat tray was a nice touch! Then we were whisked away via a transfer to the spa! We were a little late for our schedule lunch but when I say our food came out so fast and fresh!! Right then and there I said this place is Disney world for adults. We were treated like queens. Then we did our massages! I feel asleep in mine. So that was awesome and luckily for my cousin her massage got upgraded to a deep tissue massage!! Then we did our wine infused facials. All the staff at Cheateau Elan were phenomenal (minus the first Apple) anyone in the Atlanta area should add Chateau on their must list!!!!

Chateau Elan is like walking into a real life fairy tale. For my birthday, I treated my two sisters to the chateau sampler spa package. Wow, all I can say is wow. Everything we needed was catered to, all we had to do was show up! A precious, fully equipped shower and changing area made it so easy to bounce around, back and forth, to all the amenities that came with the package! We received the best facial, pedicure and massage. Because we had the day package, we had access to the pool, jacuzzi, tea time and all the beautiful lounge areas (inside and out). I absolutely felt like a princess, pure royalty. This is the kind of pampering I needed on my birthday! You wont regret this trip, worth every penny!

Service level: EXCELLENT! If there were more than 5 stars, I would give them more. My massage was amazing & the amenities were luxurious--perfect for a STRESSED college student. I stayed overnight & was able to enjoy everything that people who were only there for the day could only access when it was crowded. The staff was extremely helpful, and provided the best service. Not to mention, if you want to go to other parts of the property (winery, pubs, etc.) you can request to be driven there! My first time at a spa & I plan to return often!

Always a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting! I have been to the Spa solo, and with friends/family, and its hard to make myself go home :-) Great staff and super-relaxing services. Onsite dining room is lovely, and I have always been pleased with my food. It is quite crowded on the weekends (but no hiccups in service), so your best bet is to book a package during a weekday (packages include all gratuities)--great deal! And if youre considering the Spa for a girls day or special group, check out their "SParty" options!

Considering you are at the Chateau, the prices arent that bad. They are comparable to other smaller spas in Alpharetta. It can get pretty crowded but they have quite a bit of staff to handle. They treat you like royalty (especially if you booked to stay at the spa...like babymoon package). The masseuses are excellent. Also, if you get a chance to eat at the spa (on main floor), the food is really great. Even for a picky eater (the food may seem strange), but it is amazing.

The horsepark at the chateau elan is DISGUSTING. The bathrooms are filthy, have no cold water, and is not sprayed for bugs. The stalls are hazardous to the horses and I am suprised no one has filed a complaint on that fact. The rest of the chateau is beautiful but the horsepark (mainly the stalls and bathrooms) are completely unsanitary.

I was very disapointed by Chateau Elan Spa and Restaurant. Everything is old outdated and dirty. The staff is cold and clearly does not want to be there. It was such a waste of time and money. The only thing high end about it is the price. Its Gross !!!!
