Unbelievably dissatisfied. We came here the first time, and within one day one nail had broken. They fixed it, complimentary , and the same day two others broke. They fixed them again. We decided to give them one last try and offer them the benefit of the doubt, when we needed a new set. My daughter had a pageant that evening and I let them know it was very important that the nails dont break. She sat under the dryer for 40 minutes, and within 30 minutes of leaving, two of the nails were dented and marked up. We came back in 3 days-earliest we could, given schedules. When we arrived, it was noted by the man in charge that the polish didn t seem to dry. He was able to make marks on them even in the salon. Given our 2 for "0" fails, we requested a refund. He argued and refused a refund, stating a myriad of reasons, from we waited too long to come back, to the polish not being good, etc. He finally agreed to a refund after much ado and fuss was made. I just dont think its the right way to do business. If your customer is not satsfied, you should just offer an apology and refund, and maybe admit you were in the wrong. I just dont recommend this place at all-on the basis of their work and their work-ethic.

I wish there were 87 stars. My usual nail salon closed after over 10 years very abruptly and I had to find a new salon. There are several in the area near my home, so I picked one and went to it. BIG MISTAKE. I have SNS gel nails and the first place I went did the worst job possible. There were bubbles in the gel, and the thickness of the gel was absolutely ridiculous. I was so disappointed and sad. I thought I was destined to never have a great manicure again. In a half-hearted second effort, I tried USA Nails. I am SO glad I did. The technician completely understood why I was unhappy with what I had, and did the most amazing, detailed, careful job putting on a new set. They are just absolutely gorgeous. I am thrilled to have found a replacement salon. Everyone inside was welcoming and courteous and all smiles. I will definitely be going back to see Natalie and the other staff at USA Nails. Top notch experience.

Walked in, every employee was sitting down and it was a toss up as to who should get up to service....I asked a question and one of the ladies went behind a plastic curtain without responding. Clearly, communication was going to be difficult so I asked for a menu to see if they offered the service I was seeking but I had to be walked to their register to see the menu and still NOTHING!! Absolutely aweful.... SPA??? Come now, nail factory, maybe. Dont call yourself a spa if you are not set up to be one. Maybe next time.

Great place! I was in town @ Chateau Elan for a staycation and visited this nail spot. I wish I could have packed this place up and brought it back home with me. The deluxe pedicure was FANTASTIC; the best pedi Ive had in a long time for a really good price. JUST HEAVENLY! Most places charge way more for way less so I was pleasantly surprised. Plus, the nail estheticians were sweet and personable. Absolutely love this place

I had a wonderful experience today with them. I am new to the area and had no idea where to go, and I passed this place on my way home. Everyone says that they are racist and etc, I didnt get that vibe at all. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and I did not have an appointment. My nails look a million times better than they did when I walked in, and Danny was amazing. I will definitely be returning!!!!!!

Went in on a Friday night around 6:45. They got me in for SNS and a pedi. They took their time even though it was close to closing. They did a great job and I will be back. Happy to find a nail salon close to my new home.

Worst nail place around. Treated me rudely. The technician was rude, argued with what I asked for and I left with nails that looked horrible. I had to refile them myself. Wont ever be back.
