As an autozoner who worked for the company for a few months I was disappointed by the quality of service. I went in and order some spark plugs that they didnt have in stock. The sales associate didnt even take my rewards info before completing the transaction, and told me it was "too late" when i reminded him. I figured I could call in and add the point later. When i went and picked up the part I didnt discover this idiot had ordered the wrong plugs even after I gave him the exact part number. I didnt find out until I had my old plugs pulled out. Not to mention I never received a call to tell me that my order was ready for pickup. When i called to avoid wasting a drive out to pick them up I was put on hold by a girl who told me she would check if they were ready. All she had to do was glance at the shelf behind the counter to see if my plugs were there. After several minutes on hold I hung up and called back to see if she forgot about me/would hurry up. Once i realized they sold me the wrong plugs I found out advanced had them in stock , and they had a rewards system/ coupons that actually worked! Save your time and money by checking with advanced first.

Went in on Tuesday May 2nd and saw Mobile 1 advertised on the shelf for 5 quarts and a filter for 29.99 ( THE SALE WAS ON THE RACK IN SEVERAL PLACES).....I thought that was a great deal so I saw 4 qts on the shelf and asked a couple employees standing around if they could find me another quart because I wanted the 5qt deal. After looking for a few minutes they found more oil but when I got to the register it didnt ring up the sale price and when I inquired to the manager she said oh that sale ended yesterday. To make a long story short I said the racks still have the sale flyers on them saying 5 qts and a filter for 29.99 and if the sale ended yesterday then it should have been removed at closing yesterday or first thing this morning and an employee said thats not how it works. Upon leaving I told the manager the sale ads on the rack shouldve been down today and she said dont tell me how to run my store and for me to leave.....A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Walked into the store and stood at the counter will the employees stoked product. Three employees said hi as the continued to work. Left store and went to Advance Auto where one employee worked tirelessly to help me. I have been going to AutoZone for years but will now change to Advance.

I always go here because they always match competitor pricing and give more reliable information and help than the other guys. I had to change my review since Thomas started working there. Best manager that store has ever had. Great advise and probably the most helpful guy there.

Staff is not very knowledgeable and if you get checked out by the elderly lady, youll be there for a very very long time. She took nearly 15 minutes to checkout myself and one other person with a total of 5 items. Ill never return to this location.

Staff is nice an easy to deal with. Both sets of pads I picked up had issues, but they did everything they could to get the situation taken care of. STAY AWAY form the South Perry Street store at all cost.

Hard to find parts and car care accessories at good prices, often the cheapest. Nice paint selection. We go there often to buy shop gear like rubber gloves and oil cleanup items.
