Shields Collision & Auto Repair is AWESOME!!! I was recommended by a friend at work who told me that Richard, the owner, is very trustworthy and he does great work. I have an 06 Charger that had a catalytic converter issue. Shields fix my Charger at a much lower rate than the dealership quoted me. The customer service was great! Richard explained to me exactly what was going on with my vehicle and how they could fix it. He also gave me a tour of the shop, and he showed me the bad parts that were replaced in my car once the work was done. Ive been driving my car for two weeks now and it rides better than when I first bought it. In todays climate its very hard to trust anyone, but I can truly say Shields Collision & Auto Repair will earn your trust. I highly recommend Shields Collision & Auto Repair if your looking for quality work and great customer service.

I had to replace my engine in my 2002 MR2 and didnt have a mechanic. My coworker gave me the name and telephne number to Shields Collision and Auto. I was nervious because I had never use their services. When talking to them over the telephone they made me feel very confortable. Before replacing the engine, they took the time to make sure my car needed an engine. They explained everthing in a way that I could understand and asisted n locating a engine. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Rich was very nice,professional and trustworthy. I took my 99 Honda Civic in to be repaired and it turned out wonderfully. Rich gave me a run down of everything he had done and also gave me a few things I should consider getting done to the car when I can to maximize the lifespan of the car. Everyone there was very professional and helpful with getting my car fixed in a timely manner. The owner garaunteed his price and work would be better than his competition and he was right. I was so impressed I brought my other vehicle to get an oil leaked fixed.
