If you live in the Loganville, Snellville, Grayson, Lawrenceville area, then Prestige Automotive of Loganville is the best auto repair shop in that area. The owner is always there with a welcoming smile and he answers all questions to the best of his knowledge honestly. Even on his busiest day, I always see him make time to schedule in a walk in client. Unlike other automotive shops, he recommends what he believes is truly needed at the time and he will inform you if he sees something wrong with your vehicle but if it is not important at the time to fix then he will not push the service. All the other employees there are just as honest, friendly and welcoming as the owner. If you want honest and good service, Prestige Automotive of Loganville is the right shop for you. Kimberly (:

Rude when I called because he couldnt hear me good. Tried calling from a different phone and he sounded bothered I called and he was with a customer when I had been trying to call him all day we talked earlier he said he was moving a car then when we got disconnected and called back he said hed call me back he was with a customer..I was there first I fee like I should of been taken care of. I wont give my service to people that are rude.

Great service always. His honesty and willing to tell you what is needed is great. I have been going there for years and as a Retired Soldier who is very cautious about the places I take my car. Great business. I come from Florida to get major repairs done because he is the only one I trust. This is where I went to have my engine replaced and he not only replaced it he continues to ensure that I have no problems with it. Thanks Riza.

overpriced, $334 for a water pump gasket and thermostat, which didnt fix the problem, now wanted to charge $59 more for a thermostat housing which "may fix the issue", didnt want to pay more to fix the original issue they didnt find the first time, so he didnt want to do the repair, wants me to sign a waiver so he is not responsible, not signing it, he is fully responsible for his incompetent repairs

Mechanics here are pretty clueless when it comes to newer model cars. They will replace 3 or 4 parts unnecessarily prior to finding the correct problem and charge you for the labor fixing perfectly functioning parts. If you need your tire rotated or oil changed on a 1995 or older model car, this is the place for you. Anything beyond this, expect to pay a lot and get very little.

I never have a had a problem with the owner Reese. He has always been very honest and upfront with me. He has worked with me on more than 1 occassion. Everyone there is very nice and polite. When you call him and he is busy-u can believe that within and hour r 2 you will get a phone call from him. Great shop. Cynthia-Grayson

I tend to think, I know a little about cars and try to self diagnose, but Reeza has always be honest and I appreciate that as a single woman. I would highly recommend Prestige to anyone who is looking for great service!!!

Great shop. Any problem you got, they can fix it. Also price matched on some occasions to other shops and offered many solutions. Honest and knowledgable about the work being done. Been bringing all the cars to them for over a decade. Worth the 25 minute drive out. Riza is the man.

Prestige Auto shop is a cheat, fraud and dishonest. They overcharged and billed me with &4200 instead of $2400 which was agreed on for an engine replacement (used). Resa, the mechanic is very dishonest. Please dont go there. I wish I could give them a zero review.

Resa is a very honest, competent, and service-oriented owner of an independent repair shop. He will not push services that are not needed and works with you to be safe. I trust him completely for all of my auto needs.

Great group of guys !!!!! Really honest an you dont feel as if your about to be ripped off .. Riza is the man .. cleans my porsche motor for free as i have been having some carbon build up issues.
